I had an unforgettable experience at Dontang Cafe in Leh, Ladakh, and it's a solid 5-star spot! The menu beautifully captures the essence of the region's cuisine while keeping things creative and delicious.The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better with their genuine hospitality. Whether you're craving a soulful meal or just a chill spot to relax, Dontang Cafe is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back for more of that incredible vibe and food!

This restaurant serves tasty food. It is located on the fort road on the way to the main market. The menu has many varieties of food and the staff is also professional. Nice experience.

A very cozy place on Fort Road, Leh. The ambience is very good. Gentle music playing in the background with very good light effects. Talking about the food, we ordered a few dishes, all of which were good. The portion size was also reasonable with respect to the pricing. The service was good. It took a while for the order to arrive at the table, but the ambience didn't make the waiting boring. Overall a good establishment managed by the owners. Kudos to the team. Keep serving.

Nice location, beautiful garden and decent indoor space, especially convience for parking. It's one of the few restaurants that still open in winter season. We visited here due to the sign board shows" Thai food" , however, we can't find any thai food on the menu. The attendant said thai food only provided on summer season. Though I can understand but I am a bit disappointed. Latter, they said they can provide Thai curry, so we were happily to order green curry. The magrita pizza we order is not that good, flavor is so so, the bread of pizza is as thin as chapati and is too soft and a bit raw. Beside, the colour of thai green curry is really a shocking, it's flourescence green! I have been eating thai green curry more than hundred times and never ever have flourescence green curry before! Even though, I still eaten all what I order for respecting the food I order, the taste is not as horrible as the colour but I would never recommend here to anyone.

Had a very happy lunch after we descended down the khardungla pass. This place has beautiful seating and the most comfort food. The ladhaki thukpa was my favourite. We had fresh lime soda, potato in honey chilli, chicken clear soup and chicken momos / mok mok. The service was polite and every thing we had was made fresh to order. Few vegetables are used from their garden. Definately a try when in leh.

Food was awesome. Ambience was good with background music. Pizzas & cheese fries are tasty.

This is one place that knows the full spirit of Hospitality...i had been there once before and liked their food + polite service....but once when i got stranded in Leh because of a cancelled flight, this place made us experience the true ladakhi hospitality...the restaurant owner Mr. Nana is an extremely genuine person, very helpful and amazing to have a conversation with, and the staff is extremely courteous...whenever you are in Leh try their special daily menu and be nice to them and they will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed in ladakh...
