Worst Experience - Highly Unprofessional Staff We had a terrible experience at Hotel Vijaya Residency. We booked the Elite Room expecting a premium and hassle-free stay for the price we paid. Unfortunately, from the moment we checked in, the DTH remote was missing in the room. We didn't raise it initially as watching TV wasn't our priority -- a mistake, in hindsight. Shockingly, during our stay, the hotel staff and manager approached us directly and accused us of stealing the remote. This was not only insulting but also deeply embarrassing, especially when we were confronted without any proper verification. What's worse, the same hotel helper who assisted us during check-in later admitted that the remote was missing from the beginning. This just proves their poor internal coordination and lack of accountability. For a hotel that charges more for an "Elite" experience, the treatment we received was far from elite. We would never recommend this place to anyone who values their dignity and peace of mind. Choose wisely -- there are far better hotels with respectful staff and professional service.

Well designed rooms. Big parking area. My touring bicycle stayed outside but there are security officers that mind the front gate. Just FYI, this hotel has a "no outside food" policy.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. Despite its age, the rooms were neat, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The real surprise was the food--honestly, it exceeded my expectations, with flavors and quality that you wouldn't expect at this price point. Another big plus? The ample parking space, which added to the convenience. Overall, if you're looking for a no-fuss, budget-friendly place that checks all the boxes for a short stay, I'd definitely recommend giving this hotel a try!

A good restraunt with traditional abience excellent service food tastes absolutely great it is a restraunt I've going there since childhood every special moment of our family is celebrated there I recommended it

Not worth it, even though you book a table in advance, they take off the chairs without asking you. Most of the items in the menu will not be available after 2 hours from 12 pm. Out of all, they have high prices that are not at all worth what you eat.

Worst rooms which are old modeled and the price they are charging is too much Don't go here please choose different hotel which looks latest

This is my second time visiting to this hotel wheather it's food or room both are excellent and delicious and neat.

Nice hotel to stay near to national highway. Hotel rooms are bit old but it was clean and hygiene. Staffs are helpful. Restaurant also available with very good price. Best place to stay if you are travelling by road and want to stay overnight near Visakhapatnam without entering to city.
