Smoky Docky Anantapur

Yesterday we went to this place. The outside and inside looked good. We ordered Shawarma, French fries, Mojito. Shawarma was good. juicy and nice French fries was not good.. I told them not to give spicy as I had to give son... But they made it spicy Mojito was not up to the mark even though they priced it higher. The funny thing is that they don't have anyone to clean. The table was dirty.. One person from counter came and cleaned it with a single tissue paper. There were flies all around. They don't provide plates to keep the Shawarma... Expected alot... But was disappointed

My visit to Smokey Dockey, Anantapur, was extremely disappointing. I waited patiently with a token, but the staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism. They were present but completely inattentive, offering no communication or courtesy, even as customers stood waiting. When I inquired about my order, I was met with indifference and an unacceptable attitude. The experience was so frustrating and disrespectful that I ultimately left the outlet without collecting my order -- I placed the token on the counter and walked out. As a paying customer, being treated with such disregard is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue seriously. No customer should be made to feel so unwelcome and ignored.

Excellent taste different flavour with veg's must try

Food was good. I ordered the chicken and melted cheese shawarma & Panneer shawarma & veg nuggets. Shawarmas were good and nuggets were crispy and good. But the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The tables were not clean and flies were everywhere. I had to change my order from dine in to takeaway looking at the state of this place. But food was good.

You need to wait for at least 30 mins for your food to come and maintance is very bad need to improve and if your taking it as parcel your wasting your money and time

This place serves the best shawarma I've had! The flavors are rich, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the sauces are just right. The service is also fantastic friendly staff and good service. Definitely a must-visit for shawarma lovers.

Very tasty food and its a treat for nonveg lovers .I liked their chicken and egg shawarma a lot. The service is quite quick and very good . Nice place to have very tasty shawarmas in anantapur for all the nonveg lovers . Everyone must give a try for sure .
