Good ambience , pleasant staff who is very caring and gives utmost priority to customer satisfaction. Hospitality of staff especially lakshmi and Nikitha and is wonderful. Food is very tasty particularity mutton ghee roast is a must try.

I have tried various vegetarian dishes at Shreyas Grand and while the food was decent, it didn't particularly stand out from other restaurant recipes. There's definitely room for improvement to elevate the taste of their dishes. The dishes were nice, but they lacked a unique selling point in terms of flavor that would set them apart from other Restaurants. When I can get similar taste and flavour for bit lower price from other restaurants, I don't have to go to Shreyas Grand specifically. However, the ambiance and service were excellent. I was expecting their food to be as exceptional and impressive as their restaurant looks but it didn't live up to my expectations.
