Terrible Experience - Absolutely Not Recommended! We booked this hotel with high expectations for a relaxing beach getaway, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room was in horrible condition. Poor maintenance, unclean surroundings, and worst of all - the tap water was salty! It's shocking that such basic facilities are ignored. The food was just average - nothing special, nothing to enjoy. Definitely not something you'd expect from a place that markets itself for tourists. The biggest shock was the beach. Our plan was to relax overnight and enjoy the beach early in the morning. But to our horror, when we went out at 6 AM, we witnessed local fishermen defecating openly on the beach! It was disgusting, disturbing, and completely ruined our mood. This place is absolutely unhygienic, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to what it promises. We deeply regretted our stay and would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your money, time, or health.

My friend recommended this place as he really had a great time during his visit in 2020. But when we visited recently, we had a bad experience. Rooms are not clean, I think they have stopped maintenance work of tiles, walls etc... Commodes, Flush are in poor condition. They serve tasty food but they don't care if the food is cold. Don't trust the words of staff, they take too long for every service you request for. I don't recommend for family as service is very important when we take family. Owner is very good person, but it think he should take priority in maintaining the rooms, otherwise soon people will leave the resort immediately after reaching there. Only advantage as of now is the resort is accessibility to beach. I recommend only group of friends who enjoy alcohol, late night partying people to book this resort for now until resort is maintained properly. Staff are really polite and good people, but I'm not sure why they don't service properly in time. Recommended for group of friends for short stay.

The rooms were decent, but we paid 6000 for a single room with one extra bed, which i thought was too much. But the room was neat. Service was good, my only concern was with the cleaning staff. At least till the beach area which is in the premises of the resort must be kept clean. The sand had broken glass bottles and non-biodegradable trash. The location is perfect, as this is one of the resort which has direct access to the beach, giving u an opportunity to witness both sunrise and sunset from same place.

Great location with a private beach But the rooms are horrible No suitable to stay with family House flies, lizards are everywhere in the room Owner doesnt care i guess. We had no other option left. Accepted Whatever they served. Next day we booked Myra beach resort, awesome location

Very worst resort ever seen..pathetic rooms and service..no cleanliness..flies all over the rooms..bedsheets, pillow covers and towels were very old and dirty..In washroom commode was broken, floor was soiled. They didnt even provide any toiletries. TV was also non functional. In breakfast they daily served same plain dosa,idli and watery chutney. Restaurant is also very dirty and had very poor service. They dont have any food menu. When you order the food, they will just ask what you want without any menu and the food after ordering will be ready after 2 hours. They are charging 4500 to 6000 for a single room which is worth of Rs 500. It is difficult for anyone to stay there for even half an hour . All the limited families who booked online were fighting with the management and asking for the refund. Very horrible experience.

Absolutely disgusting stay! The rooms were not even worth staying for a min. The Comode doesn't flush, the walls are broken, the doors doesn't close, the bed sheets were dirty and even the floor is extremely ill maintained. And they charged 4250 per room with Breakfast( 2 Plain Dosa , 2 Idli and Coconut Chutney). Please choose any other resort if you don't have pets any day. I would never ever visit this place again.

We visited the place for our weekend gateway as the beach seemed quite good in the pics. We didn't expect much initially ( after reading some not so good reviews online) but had a memorable experience there! The location is just superb and probably the only resort with a beach front, which is quite clean, well maintained and not crowded. The owner of the resort personally ensured that all the guests were looked after. The road that lead to resort is slightly narrow( Maybe 300 metres) but mostly empty so not an issue. Planning to visit it again to spend some quality time by the ocean...far from the city noise !

Pathetic dirty rooms. It had spider webs, lizards,bees , plenty of mosquitoes,other insects. A little more effort could have turned it into a mini zoological garden. Obnoxiously high prices for rooms with services equivalent to a regular lodge. They order food from an outside restaurant and charge as high as Rs.200 extra per dish ( of course they didn't tell us that they have been bringing it from outside, we discovered that by chance). No water bottles provided. Charged Rs.5 extra for each bottle. The only thing that was worth it the location. Bathroom taps and flush tank was leaking water.poorly maintained property.
