Naturally, anyone wants to go to a hotel to eat tasty food. This hotel introduced privilege card for the promotion of this hotel, they did not explain the offers in the card properly and their behavior seemed to be very bad and the food was also not good. Children wants to go there for Robo catering experience, but the Robo never works. Finally waste of time and money...

From start to finish, the hotel's food and service were abysmal. What was promised as a "premium dining experience" turned out to be a masterclass in mediocrity. The food was, quite frankly, a disgrace . Service was equally pathetic. Staff seemed disinterested at best and downright incompetent at worst. This isn't a minor slip-up--it's a systemic failure of hospitality. For the prices charged, this level of neglect borders on insulting. Guests deserve better than this careless, unprofessional mess. The management clearly needs to wake up and overhaul both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff.

I had the worst experience in this restaurant. The restaurant manager neither seemed good enough to solve the issues nor replying to the questions suitably. His lack of communication skills tested our patience. No prior information regarding the usage of coupons. Food isn't worth there as we felt cheated & disrespected.

Dear foodie lovers please don't choose this restaurant if u want to eat tasty food. It's purely waste of time & money. Robo restaurant is just for name sake but no service will be provided by robo and worst management. Very dissatisfied with food and felt as not that much worth.

Overall bad experience prawn biryani A half-cooked prawn biryani can be described as underwhelming and unbalanced in both texture and flavor. The prawns may appear rubbery and overcooked on the outside, yet still raw and mushy on the inside, lacking the right seasoning and marination. The rice could be dry and grainy, with some parts clumping together, while other sections may be soggy or undercooked. The dish lacks the rich aroma and harmony of spices typically found in a well-cooked biryani, and the overall experience is disappointing, as the layers of flavors are not fully developed or properly integrated.

Aditya prince Robo Restaurant offers a unique and fun dining experience with its robot-served meals and modern ambiance. The atmosphere is vibrant and futuristic, making it an interesting place to dine. The Apollo Fish is absolutely delicious, with a crispy, flavorful coating that makes it a standout dish. On the other hand, the Lemon Coriander Soup had a moderate taste--refreshing but could use a bit more flavor depth. The Mushroom Biryani was spicy, which I enjoyed, though it was a bit lacking in salt. Overall, it's a great place for the experience, but there's room for improvement in seasoning.

Poor Service: Staff failed to report and respond to requests. 2. Lack of Basic Amenities: No water supply. 3. Unhygienic Conditions: Numerous cockroaches throughout the hotel. 4. Inefficient Front Desk: Reception staff unable to answer phone calls. *Overall Experience:* This hotel fell far short of my expectations. The neglect and lack of attention to basic needs made my stay unbearable. Unfortunately, this was my last visit. *Recommendation:* Improvement in staff training, maintenance, and amenities is essential to provide a decent experience for guests.

Very bad experience staff is not good at all. Unable to respond to calls and if answered they will not attend you. No hot water even with geyser and we reported the issue no one responded or gave any solution. Not at all suitable for business trips. Will suggest go somewhere else. Cockroaches are also an issue here.
