Terazza food court

In the Terazza Food Court the overall ambiance was quite pleasant. The place had a cozy and modern vibe, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly, and the environment was clean, which added to the overall dining experience. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Mixed Biryani, priced at 410, and it didn't live up to expectations. For that price, I expected a larger portion and more flavorful rice, but the dish lacked the depth of flavor that a good biryani should have. The quantity was not great either, which made it feel like I didn't get value for my money. Additionally, I tried the Crispy Crunchy Chicken, but I found the portion to be quite small. The chicken itself was decent in terms of flavor, but again, the quantity left much to be desired for the price. While the ambiance and service were enjoyable, the food, especially the Mixed Biryani and Crispy Crunchy Chicken, didn't justify the prices. It's a decent place to visit, but I'd recommend trying other options on the menu before settling on these dishes.

We tried Mixed Biryani, it's taste is good.. Tried thier special chicken starter, it tastes too yummy.. Later tried Panipuri, tastes average.. Later tried Pav Bhaji, it tastes too worst.. After few days tried noodles, it tastes average.. Finally, I will recommend this food court for biryani and starters section, whereas panipuri section and noodles section is quite below average to average..

Today we went to restaurant for having dinner, customer service is very poor and disaster and food also not at all good. The service has not improved since we visited six months back

Tasty and high gene food. Must try is egg curry. Friendly staff.

We had chicken shawarma which tasted super good and yummy which coasted us 120/- only I can say that this is the best shawarma in Eluru compared to other places where you find shawarma If you want to dine inside the restaurant it costs 20/- extra per person apart from the food bill you pay We also tried chicken fried rice which is of average taste and less quantity costing us 100/-
