Terrible Experience! I had an awful experience at this store at Vijayawada airport. We ordered a coffee, and to our shock, there was a fly in it! When we informed the staff, they were completely indifferent and showed no concern or willingness to rectify the problem.I do not recommend this place at all. They need to improve their hygiene standards and train their staff to be more customer-friendly. When charging very high prices, basic hygiene is expected. The worst behavior and unprofessional conduct were observed.

Food is below par and has the worst quality. Really bad !!!! Found an insect in the coffee ordered.

Wooorst place. Staff are very rude to customer. The staff came and asked me to move table after ordering because some one he knows came and needs table and doesn't want to wait.

This is the default restaurant we visit when we go to Vijayawada Airport. All of us including the kids enjoy the food here. So far in my 3 visits to this place I didn't face any issue except for a miscommunication from the steward serving is food. Some items weren't available but it was not clearly communicated.

The coffee was really bad and found an insect in it. They haven't done anything about this when i complained.

Dear Readers, Food is okay but service is way below par. You can find house fly on tables all the time apart from this when your bill comes for payment every waiter/waitress insists you on paying a tip as though it's their right. It looks so unmannered the way they behave once you decline to pay. Aldo I never found this kind of begs from any other airport in India. Found a cockroach like insect in the coffee! Staff and the service is worse!
