I had a terrible experience with Park View restaurant in Guntakal. I ordered food while traveling on Train 17604 and found dead cockroaches in it. When I called to inform them, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive, saying, "We prepare the food like this only, do whatever you want." Such poor hygiene and disrespectful service are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever, and a clear scam between Restaurant Park View and their delivery guy. We ordered food while traveling on a train, and what we received was incomplete -- only rice and subji, with no roti, which was a part of our order. The delivery guy himself admitted that the rotis were missing and that the hotel didn't pack them. When we asked him why, he casually said, "You can complain to the hotel," and then vanished in a hurry. We immediately called the hotel, thinking it was a simple mistake that could be fixed. But instead, we were met with rude, arrogant behavior from the hotel staff who outright denied any fault and falsely claimed that rotis were delivered -- a blatant lie. No apology, no resolution -- just an unapologetic attitude and clear avoidance of responsibility. This is not just poor service, it's dishonesty and cheating, Stay away from Hotel Park View if you value basic ethics, customer service, or simply getting what you paid for. Avoid at all costs. Total scam.

Those who came to see Comments/Feedback before ordering from Train journey, u did a great job. Dont take food from this hotel. 1) Service is Worst 2) Taste is bad 3) u will get different dishes that u haven't order. . 4) And the Packaging material is very very worst. They won't give Plates also. Better order from Another hotel or Buy from Station itself having Hot Vada/Idly .

Horrible food experience please don't order from this restaurant please if you are travelling by train or in present also if you visit to this restaurant please don't, I won't recommend this. Very disappointed bad experience ever the food was not cooked properly. Don't fool people on the name of good food if you can't provide good quality of food.

Yes it is an outdore restaurant but ambiance could have been more matching to d place but thy r like vry normal n common chairs and all Food:- it's is n the list off vry few places tht offers sea food in guntakal so comparatively taste is gud

Good place at Guntakal near kasapuram road. Open air restaurant with indoor dine in as well. Food taste is average and order is served bit late. Good place for family to visit once.

Ordered basket chicken but when I opened it after coming home, it was chilli chicken totally disappointed And the phone number is also not mentioned in the website to complaint, that's very poor management
