I recently stayed at this hotel for two days and had a great experience. The facilities were excellent, and the restaurant food was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing visit!

Don't ever visit this Place for food. Food is worst and doesn't give even basic taste. We ordered 3 starters, Biryani, Curries and roti. One starter tasted good and other items are not at all good. Curries doesn't taste good. Even salt and spices are not adequate. Ambience is good. Rate is high but quality and quantity is not upto the mark. Even starters doesnt taste good. Even Serving is not professional. If we give genuine reviews instead of improving management give vulgar replies commenting about our family. Don't get fooled by reviews, I think they all are paid reviews because you won't see them around the restaurant at all. It is always empty.

Taste is nice. We went for our team lunch total 21 members and They nicely served. Nice Ambulance.

Here's a review you can share on Google: "We had a good time at Novel Hotel. This was our first time staying here while traveling through Guntur, and we wanted to try this new property. Overall, the hospitality and food were excellent, and the service was very responsive. The only downside was the room size--it felt very congested, with little space for the TV and bed. This is something the hotel should seriously consider improving for a better guest experience. On a positive note, the food was fantastic! We ordered a variety of starters--fish, prawns, chicken, and kebabs--and everything was delicious. We enjoyed a great evening with tasty food and good service. I hope the hotel maintains this level of food quality, as we are happy to spend when the food is this good! I would definitely recommend the hotel, but an increase in room size would make it even better."
