Dirty tables worst service laziest waiters AC not working totally no maintenance A nightmare for me visiting this restaurant very bad

The restaurant interior & the maintenance is so pleasant & classic , the interior lighting is so colorful. The seating arrangements is so comfortable, when it comes to food the tasty . The main attraction is Santa Express which delivers the food from kitchen to the individual table & from there the server's will take the duty, the manager & staff are very flexible with customers. The delivery a bit late but the quantity & quality of food is super. The prices are moderate, best place to dine in with family & friends specially kids will love it . The perfect place for family. Fully satisfied my favourite stater Creamy fried chicken very yummy the biriyani too. Totally loved it .

Food taste was okay, ambience was one time vist,we experienced a very bad experience with the manager and his rude behaviour. The train split the food in front of us due to track failure it happened with two to three tables in front of us. We can better go to railway station to get good food. The worst part is if we ask for extra onions they have charged extra 50rs after one plate and one complimentary. Ambience: 3/5 Food taste: 2/5 Staff behavior: 2/5

Very very lazy staff. Food is worst. So many insects are found in the table. Reluctant to serve any item in the menu. Probably they might want to close it or want to reduce customers because of their lazyness. Restaurant generally opens at 3 pm instead of 12.30 pm. After 1 hr they are simply informing that it will take another 1 hr. Everybody coming and ordering food and no food is being served. They are just paying for waterbottles and going away. They have to compensate the customers for the time they wasted by taking oder and not serving after waiting for 1 hr. Food control and consumer protection authorities shall initiate action for cleanliness of the restaurant and compensation to customers for the time respectively.

A concept restaurant that worth a try for experience. Though the food was not so good for what it's priced and portrayed, the concept of trains bringing the food excites everyone especially children. If you have kids take them to the place, I'm sure they will love it

Food is not so tasty and ambience is good. The whole problem lies with improper staff and their replies to customer problems. Seating is combined with other families or people where everything is lost in one point. They need to improve a lot to sustain.
