I have went in with an idea to order something but unfortunately got tempted by buffet and went for buffet for two people. Currently it costs 999+18% GST for one person. I went for lunch. I'm a vegetarian and my mom is non vegetarian. There are alot variety of spread. Veg Starters - Those are very mediacore and below average. Veg - Main course - I didn't tasted oir usual pappu, sambhar, bendakay fry all of this. Veg pulao is good but there are no different options. Veg - Miscellaneous - Aloo chat is good and there are breads as well. My overall rating for Veg is average and not at all worthy. Coming to non veg : My mom liked the fish fry alot, chicken starters are also good. She didn't liked Biryani as it is not that flavour full. Chicken korma, fish curry and egg curry are also well cooked. In non veg notone dish is over cooked. Choice of meat is good and cooking style is also good. . Desserts - These are real disasters in overall experience. The only thing that is edible is Mysorepak. Rest all the things are worst. I had icecream as well they are normal. Ambience - I didn't felt it as a 5 star hotel. Any normal restaurant nearby have the similar ambience. Will I visit again for a vegetarian buffet - Not at all. Is non vegetarian worth it? - Somewhat they're better and the service is also ok. My overall came to a total of 2358 for 2 people. Do I think it's a waste of money? Yes especially for vegetarian variety I regret opting for buffet. Before taking it I asked the waiter can we order menu items in buffet, they said yes. That's the only reason I opted for buffet myself and also I have watched somewhere that we can order things from buffet as well. I would've order any one dish for myself and opted for buffet for my mom.

Enjoyed the buffet dinner. But may be you can look at including more veg varieties. Deepak(and other staff are helpful as well) took the time to show around. Thanks for the complimentary chocolate cake. I have provided feedback to improvise few things, will visit again to see how you work on feedback.

The breakfast buffet is not up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel, especially considering my recent visit to Novotel, which offers a much better spread. However, the taste is good. Additionally, the Ragi Dosa prepared by Chef Padmaja at the live counter is excellent and a must-try. Breakfast buffet costed Rs.750 + taxes per person.

Good brand but way below expected service. Stayed as double occupancy, when we checked in the room, towel not provided for two, no drinking water provided. During morning breakfast, spread was Good, but if you ask for specific items, you got to remind, but still you may not get it as it happened to me!! Four reminder with 3 different staff, I lost interest and walked out. Yeah supposed to be star rated in Guntur

Stay and service is very good after repeated interaction with their manager also the taste of food is same better to change their chef or ask him to know the taste and aroma of South Indian food there is no chutney for any South Indian dish that taste good only option is to go with sambar.please make sure this may not repeat again.worst experience I ever had in this kind of hotels.

Excellent food each n every items were really good and really happy with the service also given by pallab diwas and Srishti We met nagaraju chef he was really helpful for us to make understand more about the food Bakery items were so nice and tasty
