Delicious food servings for food crampers . While some staffs are so friendly and some so be rude , they on ask for tips while I think those are supposed to give tips they will on their will but some of the staffs ask on . Which I don't like totally . And behave so rude if you denied for tip .

I recently had a wonderful dinner at *Alpha Hotel* in Ibrahim Patnam with my family, and it was an amazing experience! The food was exceptional, especially the *grilled chicken* -- it was just like authentic Arabian grilled chicken, full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked. The *chicken biryani* was also delicious, and the *Chicken Bull Bull* was an absolute treat! During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting *Mr. Saleem*, who manages the team with great professionalism and care. He has a special character and is very well-maintained in his approach, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, *Ms. Rabia* was a pleasure to interact with. She was very polite, friendly, and added a warm touch to the overall atmosphere. The service, food, and hospitality were all top-notch, and I highly recommend *Alpha Hotel* for anyone seeking excellent food and exceptional service.

Food quality is not good please maintain tasty food for the customers

No proper cleaning of utensiles. Bad washrooms. There are bedbugs on the couch and dining table, I'm chewing on a stone in my biryani, and bedbugs are crawling all over our kids.

Stopped there for tea on our way to hyderabad, and the tea and snacks are good. The location is perfect, and there is a wide variety of snacks.

Food is not worthy. Instead of butter chicken hotel served me salt chicken
