I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant's impressive 4.7 rating on Google Maps, the reality was far from what I expected. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged us, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. We were seated after a long wait and the ambiance was far from inviting. After finally placing our order, it took an absurd amount of time for the food to arrive--over 40 minutes for what was supposed to be a quick meal. When the food finally came, it was a huge disappointment. The dishes were lukewarm at best, and the flavors were bland and unseasoned. It felt like the kitchen just didn't care about the quality of what they were serving. The service didn't improve either. Our server was inattentive and seemed overwhelmed, and when we asked for refills or condiments, it took forever to get a response. The worst part? The restaurant didn't even seem to care about the complaints we had. They didn't offer any compensation or attempt to make up for the bad experience. Overall, this was a complete letdown. Poor service, subpar food, and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction make it clear that doesn't prioritize its guests. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal or a pleasant dining experience.

My first ever experience is a disaster. I tried chicken hot & sour soup : In which they have added too much of pepper and there is no chicken chunks in the soup Chicken tandoori : Not that great but ok ok still needs to be better Double egg fried rice : This is the worst dish ever as per my experience . I have never seen fried rice filled completely with a lot of oil, the roadside restaurants they're far better. You can even see the amount of oil on the Friedrice in the pics that I have shared. And that the oil on the tissue after wiping our fingers after we touched the Friedrice. I have given one star only for the atmosphere. Finally this is the worst food ever. As i have wasted some 800 bucks, I don't want you to waste yours. So think before going to this restaurant.

Went here to celebrate brothers' birthday. We waited with no A/C with so many mosquitoes. 30 minutes of order, we found that they didn't have the biryani we ordered. Why did you have to take 30 minutes, we waited another 20 minutes to get our food. Overall, it was a bad experience. DONT GO HERE, THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD RESTAURANTS AROUND.

First let me talk abt hospitality jus superb yummy foob mainly impressed wid the staff they even help u while ordenig food suggest acc to the manu ... Fully satisfied

Good food to go for but a little heavy on pocket, they got a theme ambience which is very enjoyable to have food. Overall a good place to have pot biryani especially.

I ordered unlimited 299 food , restaurant give chicken fry, chicken 65, chilli chicken starters ''taste less'' 'hot less', and give chicken soup " like salt water ", and give biriyanis chicken dum biryani and chitti mutyalu biriyani "two biriyani also taste less and hot less" . "Don't waste of money"

Food was very soft,no spicy , specially it's family first class restaurant.

Food is stale! Better to avoid the place. It's kind of a mess and biryani is served cold from a hot box! Very disappointed! I can't name any other place where biryani is served stale and cold Only plus is service boys are patient n friendly!
