SUBBAYYA GARI HOTEL AND AC LODGE

This is a well-known and popular restaurant that I've visited many times. While it used to maintain high standards, I feel there's been a decline recently. The staff seems more focused on tips than service, which really affects the experience. Dear owner, please consider improving staff support and salary structure. Also, the food taste and quality need a little upgrade to match the name and reputation this place holds.

We have visited for the famous aritaaku bhojanam but it was a bit disappointment for the price. We have taken special one which costs 260/- and not worth the price. Too salty and taste didn't feel right. I had the same a long back and also in Hyderabad (owned by another son) Also this is not the subbayya Gari original one, it must be one of his sons. So one the right side there are 3 hotels starting from left corner with old rustic look is the original one and this is the second one and the third one has branch in hyderabad KPHB which we also have visited. I would suggest to give a try once who are having it for the first time. If not please skip it or try the 170/- one. Even I feel that is over priced as other popular places have the same or less priced thali at a better taste

Gone are the good old tasty days. Now a days, it's just a regular veg meals. Nothing special about it anymore.

Will not write a review on the hotel as the accommodation was not availed. The restaurant is on the ground floor with plenty of seating. It does get crowded during the lunch hours. The menu is elaborate, what surprised me was addition of a few Indo-chinese themed food like baby corn manchurian and some paneer and soya gravy- this I reckon is unnecessary as it spoils the palate and beats the purpose of a traditional Andhra meal. Here is what put me off- the service was excellent- they served food with the utmost care and patience, on tipping the server INR 100 he made a face and said, " sir only this much?" I took care of you well. Well life moves on, I napped well after the sumptuous meal :) All in all food is very good and fresh. Worth the visit.

Food taste was not good especially butta bojanam not worthy curry was not at all good taste was worsen day by day normal hotel better than this better to not buy

I was excited to visit subayya gari hotel after 8 long years all the way from Bengaluru. But really very disappointed with food and service The taste of food was not good

I had lunch here in Kakinada, which is tasty and higiene. One must visit this hotel when you visit Kakinada.

It's a convention centre marriage hall, and eating place takeaway as well as eating hall.tried higher value meals Rs260 in stead of 160 It was just excellent with no.of vegetables, rice recipes sweets of various 5. Types. Established in 1955 and still going very strong. Great pla e for food lovers.
