Restaurant service is not good. Food taste is not good.i ordered panner 65 for starter they gave in juicy type. When i asked them they said they will prepare in this way only. Veg biryani taste is worst. My friends ordered non veg. Everything is salty.

Since there is no provision for 0(zero) star, I am forced to give 1 star review to this hotel. I do not understand that why this hotel is treating them as 3* hotel, since actually it is third class hotel, third class service, third class food, everything is third class level. Every thing is to be demanded, soap, toilet kits, glasses, cups, towel, etc. They do not keep those things at the time of check in, even though you are checking rooms in the evening, quite after a considerable time of their actual and regular check in time. They are offering you MAP rate, but will provide you limited quantity dinner, and specific dishes, in MAP dinner, no sweet dish, deserts are included. Last but not least, they entertain only Telugu speaking guests, since front desk staff, dining hall staff and service staff only speak and understand Telugu only. No parking place for big group vehicle. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place Visited this restaurant on February 4, 2025, for a friend's birthday dinner. The place was completely empty, and we were the only customers. Despite this, the service was extremely slow. Starters: They served non-veg starters first, which were terrible--overly salty and rubbery. Veg Curry: Had a bad smell, making it inedible. Biryani: It was just spicy rice with no real flavor. When we raised our concerns, the management denied any issues and ignored our feedback. The chef's attitude was the worst--arrogant and unresponsive. Definitely not worth visiting. Poor food, bad service, and unprofessional staff. Avoid this place!

Good place. Good ambience. The restaurant has really good quality food. Will definitely stay here again.

Wrong reply given by owner of hotel. I am not travel agent, but was travelling with our friend circle. Though I booked 12 rooms (on MAP plan) i occupied only 9 rooms. I demand refund of only meal cost which was included in room cost. I demanded only dinner and breakfast cost, for 3 un-occupied rooms, and not demanded room cost. Moreover, on second night we did not take dinner, and that was informed to the hotel management well in advance (1 pm), even though they demanded meal cost for 2nd night also, saying that we prepared our meals and that got wasted. I do not understand when we informed them at 1 pm that we will not have dinner on that day, why they prepared dinner for us. I am again clarifying that I demanded meal cost for unoccupied rooms for 2 days, and meal charges charged for 9 rooms on second day. Show quoted text

Excellent service and delicious breakfast, I used to come whenever I have work at Kakinada. Staff are very submissive and provide the desired food with in no time.
