D'Mart Machilipatnam

Large Super store, selling budget friendly consumables for common people. Really amazing store

My parents went shopping at De Mart, Machilipatnam. After billing, while packing groceries near their vehicle, they noticed one item was damaged and leaking. They went back inside and asked for a replacement, but the manager refused, saying it's the customer's fault for not checking the product inside and that the store isn't responsible once you cross the exit. My parents explained that they hadn't completely left the premises -- they were still near their vehicle and well within the store's area. Later, when my parents mentioned they would leave a review, the manager agreed to replace the product. However, they chose not to take the new item and told him clearly that they would still go ahead with writing a review. The initial response and attitude from the staff were disappointing. Good customer service and respectful handling of genuine concerns would make a big difference at De Mart.

Good experience and enjoyed shopping well. They should have to add all the range of products in the future. Parking space is great

Worst shopping experience everytime with D- Mart. They don't visualise the offers and promotions in a clear manner. Such a disgusting and ridiculous way of handling customers by the staff. Worst customer service. the staff behaviour an this cannot be accepted.The staff were yelling and not at all supportive They are insulting in cash counter please take action other wise i will take action.

Very spacious outlet with well cleaned and maintained one. Very large variety of items across all categories that are very popular & relevant brands. Service is truly excellent. Prices are fairly reasonable, but offers can be displayed visibly.

Male Toilets were closed for a very long time, they were locked even after cleaning was complete, they were just waiting for some idiot to take a photo proof that it was cleaned

I buy Fishing , interesting game but it's part of working is very worst just we open the product for 5 minutes also it is not working very waste product

This place will provide you with everything grocery counter's is 20'n's. working counter's only 5 no's.so many persons suffering in the line. Management no response. and inside no cleaning, Housefly.
