Service is not good. Most of the items are not available especially chicken. They are advertising so much about chicken feast but they don't have even single chicken item available.
Pizza is good but the price is high. And the chicken items are the worst, you can't eat them if they are given for free. Actually, going there is a very stupid thing to do.
The veggie toppings are raw. The ambience and service has been pretty good. Food might have been better
The counter serve was too slow. Need a proper training for the front staff. Even the cleaning staff are not clearing the tables as soon as the customer left the store. Team member Maruthi approached us and reacted fastly for our issue. Hoping Domino's will deliver good customer service in coming days.
One of most worst experience I had in machilipatnam. I never ever experienced this in other restaurants. I ordered pizza in 10.28pm. the restaurant accept my order I done my payment and we guys are eagerly waiting for food after 30 minutes we received a popup message the order has been cancelled. I asked for they are saying that technical issues. I request take away but they won't accept. They are cheaters. They just keep waiting people online and offline. When I call to call centers. They won't react on this issue. His name is darshan he is very rude with customers. Don't order on dominos
Need to clean the tables asap after customer leave the table so that next customer can sit where they want
Customer receiving is very worst. They are so careless that they don't even wish or receive the customer when entering
