I am from Machilipatnam.! i usually going this restaurant from past 15years but..i never experienced this type of behavior from workers... They are not only very arrogant but also not having proper way of talking... Food quality is also not up to the mark. such a bad experience it was

RK Paradise is a well-known spot for food lovers in Machilipatnam. Parking is available along the roadside for both cars and bikes, and the entrance road is not overly busy. However, the security staff does not assist with parking but shows up at the end to request tips. The ambiance can be quite noisy during busy times, and the overall maintenance by the staff leaves much to be desired. The air conditioning is inadequate during peak hours, which can make the experience uncomfortable. While the food quality is average and the serving time is reasonable, the lack of competition seems to have impacted the hotel's focus on cleanliness and upkeep. On the bright side, the pricing is affordable. With some improvements in maintenance and service, RK Paradise has the potential to offer a much better experience.

This is 3 star hotel located near Koneru centre, city centre of Machilipatnam. It has restaurant at Ground floor and hotel rooms at first floor. There are 9 rooms with AC, Geyser and two small sofas. There is no dedicated parking space for cars. Two wheelers have good space for parking. Service quality of the hotel staff is very pathetic. Reception is very rude and has no courtesy for the customers, especially Prashanth. They follow fraud practices in terms of room rates. They asked to occupy the room without any ID verification and booking details. They quote a rate initially and raise 50-100/- after check in. Be careful, take the booking slip before check into the room. They make you wait to give bill when you check out. There is no room service or telephone in the room. There is no fridge in the room. Restaurant staff are very pathetic serving the customers. They see the customers as thieves. I asked the one of staff members to keep my juice bottle in the fridge as there is no fridge in the room. When I asked to get my bottle back after 3 hours, they kept asking me trivial questions that means as if I am stealing the bottle. It is highly inappropriate behaviour from the staff doubt the customers. They keep arguing that their owner asks them if item is mission from the fridge. It is very silly. No courtesy for the customers. there is comparably no good hotel available in the city. It is one of the reasons hotel is taking the customers granted. Unless you have to stay at night without choice, better not to stay in this city. Opt for hotels or airbnb in Vijayawada which is 1:20 hours from here.

Very worst service, today I visited along with my family and the waiter offer a table for us later he didn't give us time to select the food items even though we asked for time but the way he responded to us too worst and whatever the item we asked it's not available (then why they kept in menu..?) and the waiter answering us very irresponsible manner (which I really don't like) If the management wants to the good customers they have to keep proper trained waiter else soo they will loose their name soon
