It was an absolutely pathetic experience! We ordered mutton biryani, but they sent us something completely different. When we reached out to the owner, she responded in the rudest manner possible instead of resolving the issue politely. No sense of customer service, no apology--just arrogance. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable! If this is how they treat their customers, I strongly advise against eating there. Terrible service, terrible attitude--stay away!
The restaurant is located on NH in Managalagiri. In the recent past, Mangalagiri evolved to be a major town with lots of food options and business opportunities. This restaurant is quite good for food with families and guests. Nice ambience and good staff and good food.
Superb taste and service of food. My team enjoyed tasty tasty dinner with Goli soda. After so many days are the good food. Mutton soup is best one in the restaurant.
Good food but added a lot of masala....
Food is very good and tasty , prices are very high, even they do not provide free water , water is chargeable, this is too much . No air conditioning but maintain with air cooler, the charges are air conditioner resturant price .
