Based on my experience, I honestly doubt the authenticity of these ratings. The food was far below average -- they don't even serve basic items like dal, which is a staple in any decent restaurant. The menu lacked proper Andhra meals, and there were hardly any satisfying options. It felt like they focused more on style than substance. I visited this restaurant recently at Nandyal such a good place to eat. I ordered chicken lollipop biryani with 4 lollipops. I loved to eat lollipops were very tasty and delicious. I haven't ate like before. I suggest you to go and eat definitely you will enjoy it. Thanks 9R Clouds

Super food... Nice places visit near by srinivasa center circles.. All item's very delicious we ordered BBQ chicken mandi Its taste is so good that you have to eat it again and again chicken pieces was Amazing taste .. Very reasonable cost charged

The service was top-notch, with a welcoming ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The waitress was friendly and communicative, and the ambient music added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, the food was a letdown. Despite the prompt service - my order arrived in under a minute - the quality of the dishes was disappointing. As a vegetarian, I was particularly unimpressed with the limited and uninspired options. While the restaurant excelled in terms of service and ambiance, the subpar food quality held it back from being a truly exceptional dining experience. With some improvements to their culinary offerings, particularly their vegetarian options, 9 r Cloud Restaurant could easily become a top choice for diners.

Food was very tasty, and really delicious. Mandi also superb..Nice place to chill and having Food with family..

Taste and spices are good.. The service ok ok. But restaurant with many food options. Need to improve service . Mainly to improve hand wash area .My suggestions to provide finger bowl . For everything 3/5.
