A Shocking Disappointment at Frydo Restaurant, Park Road, Nellore With all the hype around Frydo Restaurant on Park Road, Nellore, fueled by glowing YouTube food reviews, I walked in with high hopes. However, my experience turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining ventures I've ever had. To start, we ordered soup as an appetizer, but what arrived was far from anything that could be called soup--it completely lacked the basic qualities of flavor, texture, or warmth. This set the tone for what was to follow. Next, we ordered their much-advertised 'Pure Hyderabadi Dum Biryani'--a dish I was genuinely excited about. After a long wait, the biryani arrived, but one glance at the plate dashed all my hopes. It resembled lemon rice with a sprinkle of coriander leaves, accompanied by just 2-3 small pieces of chicken. The presentation alone was disheartening, and the taste was even worse--a total disaster that made it the worst biryani I've ever tasted. We also tried their Veg Biryani, which was marginally better, at least edible, but it lacked flavor or any standout qualities. To make matters worse, they served paneer sauce as a side dish, which was overwhelmingly sweet and did not pair well with the biryani. Out of sheer frustration and a sense of waste, I decided to parcel the chicken biryani, intending to give it to street dogs rather than throw it away. The overall experience was so terrible that I chose not to create a scene, but what stood out was the management's complete indifference--they weren't interested in taking feedback or improving their service or food quality. The restaurant itself was underwhelming, with only four small tables and a lackluster ambiance. Despite the lack of customers--only two tables were occupied, including ours--the service was slow, and the food quality was appalling. This experience left me convinced that the glowing YouTube reviews are likely paid promotions, luring unsuspecting customers with false promises. It's disheartening that tactics like these are used to gain traction, only to disappoint patrons with subpar food and service. For a city like Nellore, known for its culinary excellence, Frydo is a glaring blemish. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and hope they either revamp their operations entirely or consider shutting down to avoid further disappointing diners. My advice: steer clear of Frydo and explore other authentic and reputable food joints in Nellore.

Absolutely loved the food here! One of the best meals I've had in a long time--delicious, hygienic, and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

One of the best fine dine restaurants in nellore..The chicken on the pizza was crispy with refreshing mojitos.. and finally the double creamy kunafa was crispy on the outside filled with lots of cream and subtly sweet.. It's definitely a feast for the tastebuds..and there's a lot of privacy here

My first visit here based on insta reviews below: I have started with french fries for my kiddos. It was very and later I tried chicken lollipop (semi gravy) which tasted good but was so spicy that you barely ate more and next item i tried chicken wings which also same to chicken lollipop which tasted good but too much spicy that you can't eat more. My suggestion is until unless customers mentioned the dish should be spicy, pls don't serve too much spicy It reflects a bad over good impression. Following ordered coke which is a tin and a mojito drink named blue heaven or something similar which is very pathetic in taste. I am really fond of mojito drinks but this tastes very bad. Try to improve it. I will try the Mexican cuisine in the next visit hopefully and other dishes. The staff are very good and patient. As i went on weekdays,there was barely any rush at all . coming to the price, it's a bit costlier compared to the regular prices with others.Hope you will improve and serve tasty based on the feedback.

Pros: 1. Ambience 2. Waiters attitude 3. The food tastes amazing, very hot and spicy just like Mexican food needs to be. 4. The sea food is fresh. 5. Prices are very reasonable. Cons: 1. Serving is late.. I mean very late.. I ordered 2 items and almost 30 - 40 mins was the waiting time (even though the restaurant was not full). I guess if you want to chill out for a bit, then the waiting is a bonus 2. For some reason the internet was out inside, I saw full signal but no internet, not just my phone but also other's phone as well.. not really sure about this but it took around 10 mins just to do the payment. [EDIT After recent visit on 10AUG2024] Now the service is a lost faster and the food quality and taste has upgraded 10x Mexican, italian all the dishes have improved a lot in quality... This is my current favorite restaurant right now. Must visit

Best Continental Food Place for Nellore, a must visit place for all the Food Lovers who would want to experience different cuisine.

One of the best restaurant in Nellore especially about interior it is so good and a small disappointment some particular foods are lately served , Coming to service it was quite good . At last bill should be paid at bill counter .

One of the best restaurant in Nellore... my favourite restaurant in Nellore service is really friendly and food was delicious ! Mexican food was really good biryani too!
