Horrible Experience - Avoid This Place! Such a pathetic and low-quality hotel! Ordered fry piece biryani, and they served it COLD! Asked for a water bottle, they never brought it but conveniently added it to the bill. Unbelievable! The staff is a total disgrace--especially the guy at the counter, Churangivi ( may be lyed the name ). He was busy blasting some cringe-worthy recording dance songs on mobile and chit-chatting with the lady staff while we were eating. Absolutely no professionalism! It was 9:45 PM, and we were the only ones dining there. Even then, they couldn't serve properly. The behavior of the staff is terrible, careless, and clueless. Mistakes everywhere! If you don't train your staff and fix this mess, this place will soon hit ZERO ratings. Absolutely not worth the money or time. Avoid this hotel if you care about good food and decent service!

Very Good Staff and beautiful hotel. Excellent location, Central and well connected with railway station/ Athamkur bus station. Nice and clean atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable and received good recommendation for food. So far in Nellore, I have tasted sambar in hotels and found the sambar here to be very tasty.

A complete hotel experience but located in a busy street making this place go unnoticable. The prices in ground floor are less compared to third floor which is milticuisine restaurant. There is no dedicated car parking and no one prefers to dine here as parking in this is Nightmare. The interiors are classy and the elevation if building is elegent. On contarary, the salt & pepper pots, sause bottles and tumblers may surprise you. Food is just okay

Just because you have a big hotel and you provide food for reasonable price doesn't mean that you shouldn't serve to their table At least they don't have proper tables to sit in the ground floor For me it's okay because am young enough to do self service But everyone can't be able to stand and eat I had one masala dosa and sambar vada The worst dosa experience i have ever had the batter is just tasteless And the masala is filled with chilli seeds It's quite unsatisfied The sambar is sweet as sugar in the beginning but can give 5/10 for that I don't prefer this one next time Because they have people to tell that it's self service but no one serves

Ordered chicken curry ..... omggg that's totally foul smelling & rotten chicken pieces !!!!!!! Terrible .... Better to shut the hotel don't know how it's surviving from food safety department ..

This is very bad hotel becz of the hotel food quality not good very bad and i have order the mutton soup that is very bad smell and very red color and order also too late and one more thing the staff not maintain the proper dress code and staff behaviour also not good this is my full and final review and one more thing the staff said this is the mutton soup like that they are arguing with me i have attached the example mutton soup in the below attachment

Waiting time is too long and the service was not at all proper. Staff behaviour is reckless. Food is okay ok... Worst service..
