Food is ok ok....but very rude about regular water...staff argued and smiled cunningly nd reacted as we r very poor fellow

Service is not good. They do give preference only if you visit as group. Food taste is very bad and too much of salty. Staff behaviour is very rude when I asked for cold water.

Hii, my self Shaik saleem basha, I ordered a 3 piece biryani yesterday night from your restaurant through zomato. While eating biryani I got some feathers in biryani. What's a nasty Quality I was experienced at last night. Please food safety department ride on this restaurant. Don't buy biryani from this paradise restaurant, and I am sending a mail to food safety authority about my experience. ---------Ongole--------

We ordered Chilli Chicken and Chicken spcl Biryani. CC is absolutely very tasty, spicy while Chicken in the biryani tastes kinda bland for some reason. Apart from that, the service and quality is good.

Here I ate Paradise special biryani and chicken dhum biryani. Those two are delicious and have good taste then secunderabad Paradise... Great taste I have here And I was ordered fish fry the masala amazing tasty fish I had here

Bad experience with staff about regular water! The food here is absolutely fantastic! However, I'm giving it 4 stars due to the attitude of the staff manager and the fact that they don't provide free regular drinking water. We had to argue for about 10 minutes to get the complimentary water, which the hotel is required to offer. Despite repeatedly asking why they weren't providing it, the staff manager simply responded that it was not part of their hotel policy. We eventually had to show him the government regulations to get the water. While we did receive it in the end, the hotel seems to be misleading customers by not offering free water upfront and instead automatically providing a charged Kinley bottle.

Worst food. Worst service. Not worth even a single penny.
