I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was genuinely impressed! The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, with a very unique setup--each guest gets their own private space, which adds a special touch and ensures a comfortable dining experience and they have provided the complementary soup at start... The food was incredibly delicious, full of authentic flavors, and surprisingly affordable. What truly stood out was the hospitality--the staff were so polite and respectful, maintaining privacy while still being attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone. If you visit, I'm sure you'll fall in love with it just like I did. Thank you for a memorable experience!
The ambience is good and the food is decent. However, the long waiting time was disappointing -- it felt like there were not enough service staff. Surprisingly, the cleaning staff were serving food and even giving unsolicited advice, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, waste plates left at the entrance created an unpleasant first impression
We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Apollo Fish, and Mutton Biryani. Every item was equally good. The service was nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely try these three items when you visit this restaurant!
Food was very good but the dessert (Muzaffer) was disgusting. Tried the mixed combo mandi. It's a must try.
Ordered hyderabadi Chicken biryani and was surprised with what I received. Pieces are like crow meat size and the rice is fully dry and cold. Don't visit these restaurants and spoil your health and money. Note to the restaurant owner : Please be ashamed of serving such low quality food. if you maintain quality and respect, you'll get good reviews and trust itself. Don't earn money by spoiling public health. Also learn to reply with manners. If you want to defend I'm ready give me your number I'll call and let's have a discussion. Be mindful and respect customers.
SERVICE STAFF HAS TO GAIN MORE FOOD KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR OWN RESTAURANT.CLEARANCE STAFF ARE DOMINATING SERVICE STAFF & BRINGING FOOD WITH UNHYGIENIC HANDS,AFTER CLEARING THE CUTLERY,TABLE CLEARANCE THEY ARE ALSO SERVING.
Food taste is very good...But staff was very lazy...nd servicing also waste....we were asked multiple times for staff to take bill r everything including dishes... They are not ready to take orders to the customers
Food cost too high.we ordered Nalli ghost biryani and Butter garlic chicken,the biryani was too worst and they are charging 580 for small pot of biryani they offered one nalli bone and one spoon of gravy that it...nalli bokka lo nalli ledu raa babu
