Tasted a lot of different waffles here. Everything tasted really well but Kiki-cream waffle was just too good. Staff was very responsive and suggested some waffles like Rocky Road which turned out to be excellent. The place is small but cute for hanging out with friends and family. Ambience was really good and place is maintained well. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very small store with no proper maintenance. Store staff doesn't know how to receive customers. Finally waffles are okay taste. Not worth visiting again.

Worst service . Worst behaviour towards coustomers. Not having a proper response for takeaway/dine in . Actually they are not making waffles it's Pancakes in the form of waffles . There is no one properly trained there .

I visited the store on waffle day the staff at the counter said he is not taking orders since he has lot of pending orders. He didn't even say the wait time. He directly said we won't take the order. Now I understand why the ratings are low for this store

I went here on World Chocate Day and had a heated argument with the male baker there. The baker behaviour was very rude and when I asked for the estimated time to get for my order for dine-in, he said "we can't say the estimated time. If you want to take it, you can stay otherwise you can leave." I don't like this sort of behaviour with any of the customers. So I am not going here further for sure. Boycotting Belgian Waffle. Even food wise also, wafers were not good. The wafers should be crispy. My wafers were not at all crispy. It made me feel that I was having pan cakes, not wafers. Utterly satisfied with Belgian Waffles.

Staff are good, and the food is delicious. Nice place to visit.atmosphere is very good.
