Vishishta Family Restaurant

Had dinner at Vishishta Restaurant in Ongole. The food was average nothing special but not bad either. The service was decent, and the ambiance was okay. An acceptable option if you're looking for a quick meal, but I expected a bit more in terms of taste and quality.

We were on our way back to Bangalore on the latest addition to the KSRTC fleet, the Ambari utsav volvo 9600 and this is where most of the buses stop. Worst experience ever. The toilet is right next to where they cook the roti and curry. And it's use and throw paper plates they provide. However these bus operators usually get their meal for free when they get passengers in, why can't they get us a pretty decent restaurant? I have already reported this to ksrtc on their feedback, hopefully someone would get back for more updates and take action.

When I was traveling from guntur to Bangalore, the bus stopped for dinner. It's a quiet place with decent pricing. When I reached the restaurant there were very few items with no tiffins. They had biryani, fried rice, roti, and curd rice, mushroom curry, and cashew curry were the options for roti.

Today I visited Visishta Family Restaurant in Ongole for a meal, and while the staff were polite and welcoming, I had an unfortunate experience. I ordered meals, but when I started eating, I found a bug in the sambar. I immediately informed the waiter, he replaced the plate. However, after seeing the bug, I didn't feel comfortable eating the rest of the food and only had curd rice. When I explained the situation to the owner, instead of addressing my concern properly, they responded rudely, stating they had already replaced the plate. Additionally, I had ordered an omelette which I didn't eat due to this issue, but it was still included in the bill. I feel the overall hygiene and customer service could have been handled much better. I am sharing this review with the hope that the restaurant improves its standards to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.

Only few options to eat.. fried rice roti and curry lastly meals.. better to take meals.. no more options . Don't know why private bus operators will stop there.. prices also medium to high.. good thing is food is fresh..after few kms there is one nice restaurant own vehicle travels can have food there.. not here..

Taste of Food is so delicious. Have a nice ambiance. Quality and quantity of Food is so nice. Staff was so friendly and have good parking facility. Starters are so tasty, especially for Biryani it is so good and quantity is high for family members. Here Vegetarian Meals also available. Good for Veg & Non-Veg.

This restaurant was established to cater to the needs of growing highway passengers. Meals, biryanis, rotis, fried rice and such food items are available here. Ambience and hygiene are okay. We can get breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

One of the worst restaurants ... Staff are rude.... We ordered naan and paneer curry, it was a horrible experience..... And high cost .... With worst quality and quantity of food ..... Not recommended ... Pls don't go .... They server paneer curry and ... Took away that from our table and served for another.... We've complained.... The staff didn't even responded...... Very rude and worst ... Pls don't visit and regret
