VKB RESIDENCY (KB BAR & RESTAURANT)

We took a Diamond suite, rooms and amenities are at par, but the Ac was soo poor . The support or the response by the front desk was still poor. Though we have stayed there a couple of times, this was the first time we faced this concern (Room No:330)

I ordered fish n prawns biryani but they gave bhagara rice n saparate curry's. Worst thing is curry on plastic colour which is unacceptable. Worst taste too.

"Great Stay, but AC Needs Attention" The rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the overall ambiance was welcoming. Stayed in a suite room, However, the only drawback was that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. It made the room a bit uncomfortable. Instead of many attempts, AC has not resumed which made us sleepless whole night.I hope the management can resolve this issue soon because everything else about the stay was enjoyable. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel for its service and facilities, and I look forward to staying here again once the AC is fixed! Pls do Air Conditiining check before getting into hotel.

Heavy costs I eat one pulav plain rice and sp boneless biryani 2 water bottles thumbs up these all are 725

Rating - 1 Star. I went with my family, food taste is getting worse day by day. I suggest not to go.

Stay Away! Terrible Experience. My recent stay at was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it felt like a comedy of errors. The room was not properly cleaned, there were stains on the carpet and suspicious marks on the bedding. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in weeks, with grime in the corners and a musty smell that wouldn't go away.The noise level was unbearable throughout the night, with loud guests in the hallway and slamming doors. Despite complaining to the front desk, nothing was done to address the disturbance.To top it all off, the breakfast was a disaster. Cold, stale pastries and watery coffee made for a dismal start to the day.Overall, I would not recommend staying at KB unless you enjoy filthy rooms, noise disturbances, and disappointing breakfasts.

Very bad situation I am facing in here too much cost , I heard only one voice money money....... Worst staff waste fu.........
