Disgusting and unprofessional sevice. I hv directly walked in the hotel and owner of the property was there, I said ok bcz of him only, but later on the staff behaviour was really disgusting, some facilities not there like hanger for clothes etc. but I didn't asked them due to their behaviour where as property end this is a best one in the town. I suggest to either change the staff with a professional staff or else train them the existing staff.

"I had an amazing stay with fabulous food. I didn't expect such a comfortable room and a good dining experience in a town like Parvatipuram. Although small, the town has everything one might need, and most amenities are within walking distance from the hotel. The room was well-maintained, with acceptable bathroom facilities and good room service. At 1850 rupees for an air-conditioned room, I found the price reasonable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Parvatipuram.

Sub staffs are cheaters, rooms are unclean, and basic amenities don't exist.

Value for money. But you will get hot water in Non AC rooms with the Heater only. Hotel will provide the same . You will not get 24 hours hot water through geyser... But mentioned in the Board as : 24 hours Hot water facility. No WiFi. Staff always says - WiFi is a problem. Otherwise it is good.

The hotel service was nice and the food was good to eat and the taste also above average.

Stayed during one of my friends wedding. Best hotel in town. The room is very clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and well behaved. The hotel also has nice restaurant with wide variety of cuisine. Best option for stay in the town.
