Red Bucket Biryani | Puttur

I have ordered one Dum biryani from zomato, which has one small peice and the masala also very less as more over white rice. We also had a call with receptionist and her response is very irresponsible.( Asked us to place One more order in that she will give extra peice or asked us to come restaurant and take one peice that too she will give in a cover.) 250 rupees biryani with very small peice is not a good choice. Fully Disappointed, expected a good taste as Red bucket Vijaywada but really in puttur it is very worst experience. Even the table is not clean and the staff is also not cooperative and behaving Rude towards the coustomer request which is very a bad experience for me. Waste of money. Please don't spoil the brand name, if you people con't maintain a good ambience and cleanness with good taste please don't step in to food business and spoil customers health.

Food was bit spicy compared to last week. Getting dry so quickly. I can say overall good when it comes to take food within half an hour.

Have been here at this restaurant for The my Order we enjoyed the food and Service was good. Red Bucket Special Biryani is one of the great dishes here with great taste. Newly opened and having good offers and good taste and quality and having reasonable prices. It is right place to go for takeaway of 3-5 person biriyani. 3 person bucket biryani is sufficient for 4 people.

Very disappointed with service and taste, as a brand please maintain standard. Otherwise we have a lot of other biryani points in puttur. Really very worst experience I never had before
