Had a very bad experience by visiting this restaurant , I ordered a Paneer garlic Kabab for takeaway and receptionist said it'll take me a wait time of 10 mins, I ended up waiting for half an hour. At last I received the food and when I opened it, its utter disgusting, the paneer was dipped in food color and not cooked at all maybe it was in the tandoori for 2 mins. I called the hotel and their response is that good food takes time to cook and I was impatient, I waited for half an hour and this is how the food was in the end, the hotel manager is very arrogant and rude, he is saying it is not their problem. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

An average restaurant Serving stale chicken never expected such Food from this restaurant as it has 4 branches but worst food ever not maintaining proper food.

I recently visited Andhra Spice Restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unorganized and inattentive, and it took an unusually long time for someone to take our order. Even after ordering, the wait time for food was unreasonably long, with no updates or apologies. The staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy made the dining experience unpleasant. Customer concerns were ignored, and it felt like service was not a priority for them. While the food might be decent, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless they seriously improve their service standards.

The menu contains hurdu style fonts not able to understand the items and not maintaining cleanly

The place is good but the food is not good, previously it was good but from a few months the taste has been changed and not at all good

I experience a lot in this hotel I order pepper chicken but they given chicken popcorn I asked hotel manager they said in Andhra spices this is the pepper chicken we will prepare like this only please avoid this hotel if you want bad experience like me you vist I order the Chitti muthala biryani but they given kushka I think kushka available in taj mahal hotel
