I have ordered a Couple Paneer combo while I was in train with PNR number on 2nd October 2024 to my bad received very very very bad quality food. Even road side food quality might have been better. My kid just had first bite of both paneer curries they paneer was like plastic rubber. Rice is full of chilli powder and paneer in rice also like rubber unable to eat. They added so much of color in paneer curry. Roti is not cooked well. Very bad experience my kids slept on an empty stomach. Don't know how they got 4+ rating in IRCTC catering. I ordered food while I was in journey expected good food for Rs473. Strict action should be taken on this restaurant for delivering such bad quality.

I have ordered through irctc.Food is okay not bad and quantity is also good.
Don't order a food in this hotel in irctc app by seeing their rating. I order tandoori roti and kadai paneer, but they delivered normal chapati and paneer masala. Such a over rated restaurant.Waste of money.
As we ordered food and they delivered food at our seat (our train is delayed for 2hours but also they delivered food when the train is departing with hot and tasty) We ordered full meals it will be sufficient for 2people(5 out of 5) Lemon rice is very nice(4 out of 5) Curd rice is not that much tasty (2 out of 5)
I booked a Andhra Meals through IRCTC E-Catering for deliver at Renigunta Junction railway station on 25 May 2025 at Train number 12163 - LTT MAS EXP. To my surprise no food is deliver to me in train, I feel cheated and dissappointed, the restuarant must apoligize to me and refund the prepaid amount as soon as possible & I request IRCTC E-Catering to downgrade thier rating, serve a warning to hotel Sri Balaji Bhavan in Renigunata for their pathetic service, if they continue like this, consider to remove their name from the list of recommended restaurants by IRCTC E-Catering.
I always book meals from this Hotel only amazing the taste is also so good.
Taste food but rice both packets are different rice in same order. also not give food items as per menu. Gongura not give No papad No water
