KFC

Visited KFC recently and enjoyed a mostly pleasant meal! The chicken was as tasty and satisfying as always--crispy on the outside, tender inside. The atmosphere was lively and spacious, making it a great spot to unwind. However, there were a couple of hiccups: the AC wasn't functioning during our visit, which made the seating area a bit uncomfortable, and the chicken wings were served lukewarm instead of piping hot. Despite these issues, the overall quality of the food and the cheerful vibe kept the experience positive. With a little attention to these details, it'd be perfect! Still, I'd return and recommend it for a quick, flavorful bite.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this fast-food outlet. The waiting line was unusually long, primarily because the person taking orders was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, half of my order was missing. I had to go back and collect the rest after waiting again, which was frustrating. The usual Wednesday offers, which I was looking forward to, were mysteriously unavailable. No explanation was provided when I asked about it. Adding to the inconvenience, their credit card machine was out of order, making payment a hassle. The overall maintenance of the outlet is very poor. It was unhygienic, with an alarming number of mosquitoes and flies buzzing around. I had ordered chicken, but honestly, it made me worry more about catching something like chikungunya than enjoying a meal. This place seriously needs to step up its service, hygiene, and communication.

We almost order every other week , but for the past 2 times there is no seasoning at all. There is no salt even. Very bad cooking. We ordered so many time earlier but it was good initially. But in recent times it became worse

We came here for dine in and saw that tables aren't clean. The whole place is filled with mosquitoes, stinky smell all over due to untidy bathrooms and AC was also turned off. Not going to visit this place again.

Usually the wait time for food is ~15-20min. We almost visited this KFC 4 times and the food is okay okay. The place is not that busy and has plenty of parking space. Must taste food is crispy chicken, French fries, zinger burger box and snack items.

Yes its a franchise, but running low-key in this town. So are the staffing pattern. But #kfc is advertising aggressively for Wednesday offers and you know it'll be 2x-3x busy than the normal day, atleast train hire some staff on daily basis. One of the 3 reception billing machines are working, only saw 2+1 people juggling and managing billing and the oeders. So many waiting in Q, so if you wanna increase business, increase the customer attention & satisfaction. Due to so much delay we came back without ordering anything. This is my first visit to KFC after the start (4 yrs I guess)

I am a big fan of kfc's chicken and i always order atleast 3 times a month. Today i bought chicken from this kfc and the chicken gave a rotten smell and also a very bad taste. Wouldnt recommend

Interior of the place is good...decent space and service is fine.... Food was also good and served hot...
