Cafe Coffee Day

We stopped by Cafe Coffee Day during our road trip from Chennai to Mantralayam for an evening tea/coffee break. From the outside, the cafe building looks a little rundown, but the interior was well-maintained--clean, well-lit, with comfortable seating and nice wall art. One thing worth appreciating is that the place is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp thoughtfully provided at the entrance. Our experience was made even better by the service. Our server, Shaik Mahammad Muzammel, was extremely courteous and attentive. He patiently explained the menu, recommended drinks with clear reasoning, and was very accommodating of our special requests. He even checked if the AC temperature was comfortable and was willing to adjust it for us. The restroom facilities were reasonably clean, though a few fixtures like the bidet, toilet seat, and lighting could use some maintenance. I ordered a hazelnut latte and a hazelnut brownie. The latte was great and refreshing after a long drive. The brownie, however, felt a little too chewy and sticky--possibly not fresh. The cafe also offers a nice view of the highway, ample parking space, and the occasional company of a few monkey visitors. All things considered, despite a few minor shortcomings, this is a good spot to take a break during your journey, especially for the warm service and accessible, clean environment.

The location is just perfect. Clean place with ample parking space and seating. We stopped for snack and coffee. The menu has always been extensive. Only issue is hidden additional cost on orders. The staff is trained to just recommend add ons that cost extra. Please check the order thoroughly for additional add ons There is a 60kw charger in this location. It's perfect stop for EVs.

I enjoyed today very much. It was a relaxing and pleasant outing with my friends and children, who especially loved the ice cream.

One of the best place to get a good coffee. Ambience - The ambience is good but fade out posters , not organized seating, not sanitizer properly , rusted equipment. Service - I don't see professionalism and passion towards the work. Service is not so great. Coffee - Ordered double shot cappuccino and normal cooler. Both are refreshing and coolest ones.

Nice refreshing coffee on the highway. Clean place. Parking was good. We had left behind a handbag and they promptly reminded us before we left and handed it over to us

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered at your store in Puttur, Tirupathi District, on the Chennai to Tirupathi route. During my visit to this store, I experienced an extremely frustrating situation regarding the air conditioning. The main issue was with the behavior of your staff, particularly three ladies working at the store. They were consistently turning off the A.C. every five minutes, creating an uncomfortable environment for the customers. In just 35 minutes, the A.C. was switched off five times, and we had to repeatedly request them to turn it back on. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of courtesy and professionalism. As a customer, it should not be necessary to beg for basic comfort in a place that is supposed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. This is highly disappointing, especially given that Coffee Day is a well-known multinational brand that is expected to meet certain standards of service and customer care. I urge you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. It is essential that customers feel valued and treated with respect, which includes providing a comfortable atmosphere in your stores. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Great place to stop over during hot summers in this area. My special thanks to the staff who kept my bag that I left there and handed it back to me the next day.

The perfect place or cafe to spend some time and have good Coffee . When me and my friends where traveling towards Tirupati we saw CCD. So planned to have coffee and this is the only CCD I saw so far the one and only CCD on the way to Tirupati . The ambiance was really good and click pictures with it . It's cool.
