Jeevitha and Ponselvan in the coffee shop restaurant went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their warm smiles, attentive service, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding hospitality, look no further than Minerva Grand. Five stars aren't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

Recently had a 2 day stay. Rooms were nice and the service at the Minerva Cafe was fantastic. Our flight was early in the morning and upon request they served us breakfast early which was a great gesture on their part. Would highly recommend !

Overall hospitality is excellent, food is excellent. But on the last day we saw there is dust below the bed, under the table. I had toddlers age baby ,my baby was touching all of them. Because of the dust my daughter started to get many sneezing. Management should check properly before you give to customers, we come here with kids to get neat rooms. If you guys can't maintain then no point in coming here and no point in paying some much of amount as day rent.

Went to their restaurant recently for the breakfast buffet it was very very tasty, sumptuous and satisfying. The staff are extremely polite especially Lalitha she was helping us as we had a baby. Overall must visit place for stay and food in Tirupathi

Absolutely horrible. Only service in the restaurant is good. While checkin they will tell u that breakfast for kids is complimentary but after breakfast they charged us AND not only that they are unprofessional liars.. wont pick up calls, wont give wifi password. They r honestly just looking for ways to extract money. Unprofessional idiots. To sum up it was the worst hotel experience ever. They dont realise wth they r talking. Absolute lack of communication between the team.

Service was excellent for the food at the veg restaurant. Especially service of Gajendra Reddy and Anuradha B - we had a lot of food restrictions, being Jain, but the food and service was excellent. We needed no onion no garlic, and not very spicy. They served to all of our requirements and didn't let us pick up even one item from the table. They served everything. Highly recommend this place if you are vegetarian and craving good food for dinner or lunch! We came for dinner and had the best ending to our day.

Nice Hotel near Bus Stand Large spacious and well maintained. Service can be better. If you are from North India i recommend this hotel for ease of access, their hindi talking staff and food choices. Yes they have very good south indian food also. Over in 5k budget this hotel is a win win for all

It is a decent hotel. As dependent on pilgrims, do not expect many luxury. Restaurant is pretty good. If asked, they allow early check ins. They have parking space available outside the hotel. The place is quite bustling hence getting an auto is quite easy.
