Customer Reviews & Testimonials
The flavors were a delightful experience, each bite offering a new sensation. The ingredients tasted fresh and were prepared with expertise. The portion sizes were generous, providing excellent value for the price. The atmosphere of the dining area was pleasant and inviting. It was truly a satisfying meal that I would happily recommend to others.
A Horrific Experience in the Name of Hospitality - Avoid at All Costs! This so-called "restaurant" is a disgrace to the very concept of service and hospitality. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food -- and still got nothing. Their tactic is appalling: they deliberately delay service in the fine dining section just to force guests into choosing their overpriced, miserable buffet. And let me tell you, the buffet was an insult to food itself -- stale, cold, tasteless, and clearly thrown together without an ounce of care or respect for the guest. To add to this nightmare, the staff were shockingly rude, arrogant, and unbothered, as if we were disturbing them by simply expecting what we paid for. No apologies. No empathy. Just blank stares and a thinly veiled attitude that screamed, "We don't care." It's shocking that such an establishment exists in the middle of a sacred, spiritual place. Instead of complementing the divinity of the surroundings, this place feels like a trap set up to cheat and humiliate visitors. They are not here to serve -- they are here to scam and grab your money under the pretense of hospitality. This isn't just poor service -- it's a betrayal of trust. If you're hoping for peace, warmth, or even a basic meal -- stay far, far away. What they are doing here isn't just bad business; it's unethical, shameful, and downright cruel. Avoid this place at all costs. These are not good people. They are running a scam disguised as a restaurant.
We had lunch and dinner at this restaurant. For lunch, they pushed for a buffet option, which wasn't necessary for us. The buffet was just okay, with a limited menu despite being an unlimited option. The staff weren't very friendly, and the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it's an average restaurant that needs some enhancements. The morning breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was not up to the mark.
One of the common scams here in tirumala. Well, first of all they will charge high and obviously you have to pay for your food in the buffet. When you go seek food, they come up with reasons while half of the items like chapati, rice, curd etc is not available. They say that it will take time, you get fed and eat and leave but you got scammed since you paid full money but didn't get to eat the main dishes from the buffet. No washrooms, untidy place. No hygiene. Lack of manpower. Few seats, so you gotta stand and eat
It's a very farzi restaurant I have a humble request to all of you, who are reading my review or planning to take here food, it's totally not good. The food test is completely bad and there are very high charges ,this is a name's only sarangi but everything is pooooo. So who are visiting tirumala and planning to take vegetarian food please don't come here, you can take locally food, there are many other good Street restaurants, you will enjoy a lot. Even manager behaviour is also very bad, they're charging more than the MRP price of foods or any packet food's.
Serves well for a fine dining restaurant. Good service and place. Restrooms were clean too. Price is a bit higher for what has been given but it costs including the ambiance too. They also have a buffet side with 50 - 80 rs higher than the normal meals.
Food Quality is Good. Price is Little High compared to other Restaurants.
Food is good but not to that mark. Prices are high. We ordered idly and Vada both the items are not hot.
