The Paradise family restaurant

We were here for lunch this afternoon and there were mixed emotions. I was baffled that such a restaurant does not have any parking, not people to assist. The parking space (Cellar) is used as store room. The streets are filled with just bikes. We had to walk 3 streets to park and be at the restaurant. Interior is neatly done, however the entrance space isn't ventilated enough. It's warm even when it's about 26 degrees outside. The constant opening of the kitchen and the entrance door and not closing them makes it worse. The staff - the guy whom we enquired for seats, almost forgot us. He said 15 minutes and we had to get back to someone else as we couldn't find him anymore. So much accountability and customer centric (read sarcasm.) The girl who took our order was even more pathetic (utmost condescending.) The girl who served us wes, polite, helpful and was the only person they'd trained well. Food was great. Everything that we ordered was fab, not greasy, did not have much irritants, easy on the stomach and pocket too. However, no placement of paper tissues, cutleries, broken plates and serve ware is a definite put off. What didn't work - Lack of parking, customer service, attitude of the staff, quality of the serveware and cleanliness of the restroom and wash area. What worked - Quality, quantity of the food and decor.

Today 14.02.25 purchased Veg and Mushroom Biriyani in offer . Packing not sealed. Paradise logo not on the lid. Quality not good compared to item purchased only two days back. Tub size small. offer by you resulted in unhappiness and got cheated. Please dont spoil your name, since we know Paradise from Himayath nagar.

Amazing biryani find in Tirupati! Got it through Zomato for just 99 (regular price 169) and it was totally worth it. The portion size is super generous - definitely enough for one person. The biryani's taste was mind-blowing, honestly one of the best I've had in town. Pro tip: Check Zomato for deals! The packaging was great and everything arrived intact. Ordered some naans and kulchas too, but they were just okay and a bit cold on arrival. Honestly, stick to the biryani - that's their star dish. Will definitely order again! If you're in Tirupati and craving biryani, Paradise is a must-try.

I had ordered the panner biryani and instead of that I received chicken pieces in my panner biryani. The biryani was layered with panner but inside it had chicken pieces. We are really disappointed from this restaurant as we order food from here after our taking our darshan of Tirupati Balaji and received this food. We request all pilgrims not to order food from here.

Good restaurant with tasty biryani and mouth watering starters. Ambience was nice . Little crowded and price range is good and affordable. Staff are friendly . Little bit delayed service. Over all new place to try new varieties and treat to your taste buds.

Never order food from here via Swiggy or Zomato. They will post food as available and once if you place the order it will take forever to prepare the order. It will be keep showing as 10 min for next 30 minutes too.

Paradise Restaurant - Disappointing Experience I had high expectations for Paradise Restaurant, but my visit was a huge letdown. First, the service was incredibly slow--our food took forever to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. When it finally did, it was barely warm and tasted bland. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the presentation was sloppy. For the price, I expected much better quality. The staff also seemed indifferent to our concerns and didn't make an effort to improve the experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless they seriously improve their service and food quality. Definitely not worth the hype! Veli kuka piya thinadhi Malu
