GHIZA FAMILY RESTAURANT&ARABIAN MANDI

Atmosphere very bad, door cotton very bad, sitting area not clean, my family members are very serious say next time you dont cane this restaurant. We all are going to restaurant in time 9.45pm order taken by 10.15, order given by 10.45 that we order only 2 curry and butter rotis, not provide plates, we asked pls give me plates how can eating this bowls, Single lady service to 2nd floor, i am told to management but management also not a propose response. Over all the restaurant ambitious and staff response was very bad experience. Food taste very bad, butter not Cook properly. Totally i am unsatisfied this Ghiza family restaurant. Water bottle just 500ml Ghiza restaurants charge 20/- literally i am shocked. Chicken afghani very bad not spicy, shahi panner average.

I visited this place few times and always order mutton juicy mandi. It is very good. But last time it is worst and mutton pieces didn't cook well. Informed to service girl about this but she didn't care and not even responds. Service is very bad.

The food is great the chicken Mandi is the best I have eaten ever The only complaint I have is about the ventilation there is no fan or ac except that everything is good I suggest you to visit once after they solved my complaint

The food is good, with generous portions and a pleasant taste. However, I found two small stones in the Mandi biryani, and my teeth were hurt when I accidentally bit into them, which was disappointing. The service is decent, but whatever I requested was delivered late. Overall, I am not satisfied.

Very worst service no cleanliness, cockroaches all over the floor while eating cockroaches roam like they were here to share the food, so bad experience even food is not good and no concern shown by the hotel staffs.

We tried starters thread chicken and pepper chicken.The thread chicken is good in taste.But the pepper chicken is too spicy.I felt that the price is high for the quantity and quality of food they serve.The ambience is also not that good.

This is the bad restaurant I have ever seen. The food which we ordered is not at all tasty and the quality of the food is so bad. Air conditioner is not working properly and we spent 880 but we are still not satisfied as both the food and the service is not good. We strucked in the lift but there was no helpline number or a sensor to detect that the lift had strucked. We were feeling tensed at that moment but we finally found a solution by searching restaurant phone number in google otherwise there is nothing to say about us but god finally saved us and the lift is too small to even fit 10 people
