United Food palace

Place is good with clean ambience. parking space is not the best. Food is nice, but paying 60 for a soft drink is a bit expensive for my liking. Service could be improved a bit as we waited for almost 20 minutes, just to get our drinks. We tried different biryanis, and we liked the taste very much. Starters, are a bit spicy for our liking. We felt the prices were a bit high for the food. The quality of the food is good where the quantity is average.

Ambience is very good, little toiletry maintanence is average, good maintainence will get you excellent, afghani nawab biryani is good, kerala kodi vepudu is ok to good with full coconut powder..must visit place for once..

Pro's:- --> one of the best Andhra based South Indian restaurants in Vijayawada. --> the taste was too yummy and delicious. --> the staff followed every instructions with support. --> The ambience was attractive and the chairs were very comfortable. --> the menu was very good. Cons:- --> they disappointed us by saying no desserts. Suggestions :- --> we can reserve through dine out to get a discount. -->best south indian restaurant. --> they accept all types of payment

Worst experience, unfit for single star also. We came for lunch , butter naans - had no butter in it, Kaju paneer was dead spicy with no paneer and kaju in it. Veg dum biryani had all chillies in it - no taste . Waiting time was like never ending zero value to the amount that they are charging . Best part was we ordered mint lime mojito with out serving it they charged on the bill. I don't know why even people are visiting here . Pathetic and dreadful experience it was a nightmare visiting UNITED FOOD PALACE.

WORST MANAGEMENT! NO MANNERS! Donno why people are just giving too many stars on this place! The food was okay, but staff at this restaurant, especially that lady in the reception and that waiter(in the photos)who served us food and took our order behaved like the customer means nothing to them, putting rude expressions on their faces while taking the order, too much delay in the order and if questions asked! thats it they don't even hesitate to rise their voice on you. I can understand work load in busy hours is too much stress but that doesn't give any excuse to such behaviour!!!!!! HELL NOOOOOO.

Ambience was excellent....and very peaceful also. Very much impressed with Welcome drink. They have given pine apple juice as welcome drink. Juice was tooo good . And coming to food, Taste was decent. (No Spicy). Chicken dum biriyani quantity is very low. Butter Nan taste was not good. For peaceful environment,we can visit again and again.But for food we visit just for 1 or 2 times. And staff will ask ur mobile for review, Because of this reason only this restaurant got this much of high rating

Best place to hang out with family..Best food and good prices.
