Need to work on the service and they don't know how to take orders or deliver. For dall rice and one veg curry they had taken more than 60 minutes to be served. Earlier the service was good but this time the worst service they have given and the result will be the last and final visit of this place..... Thanks

We ordered breakfast in Swiggy idly vada, which should contain 1 idli and 2 vada or 2idli and 1 vada. Firstly their packaging is worst. Once they have sent only 1idly and 1vada . Next time they have sent broken vada . I'm quite surprised how can a chef make a broken vada specifically. Either the chef must have eaten it and fried it again or it was of the previous day and you simply fried it again and have. You charge 67/- rupees for idly , vada plate and we pay around 40/- to Swiggy and this the service we get . Not sure what standards you are following being a three star hotel. Atleast a roadside vendor will have better quality and respect towards its customers.

Worst service worst food I got sick and too late I ordered soup and it's cold street food is better than this over time taking and we ordered butter naan and it's too too much oily staff are too lazy Too rude and it's disgusting a big no if you are jobless and have money please go there if you any job please go there

All dishes prepared delicious. * soup is very tasty. * There is fantastic cook. Good staff and nice management Best food in kakinada NO. 1 restaurant for food lovers

Tried Special Veg Biryani (Biryani with Vegetable curry) here and it's bad. Service is not good either. Ambiance is decent though.

Food quality is good. Ambience is very good. Prices are also reasonable. Good experience overall..
