It's first time visit to train restaurant.Nestled in a hidden location accessible only by lift, the train restaurant offers more than just a culinary experience--it's a secret destination waiting to be discovered. Tucked away from the crowds, its discreet setting adds an air of mystery and exclusivity to the dining experience. Once inside, guests are greeted with the whimsical sight of toy trains delivering delicious meals to their tables. This combination of hidden charm and playful presentation makes dining here an adventure like no other. With excellent food quality, attentive service, and its unique location, the train restaurant promises an unforgettable journey for both the palate and the imagination.
Very happy to see big restaurants like this coming to vizianagaram, ambience was unique and fresh. Good service by Narayana rao kumar The pricing to quantity however seems way off for a tier 3 city. Taste was also not upto the mark. Either you need to reduce the price or increase the quantity, else it's tough to survive!

The food was good but served in small portions . They can do better. Service is exceptionally good as the food comes on a toy train. Definately great place to go with kids.

Customer service is very good. Atmosphere is also good but food taste is also ok and the food price is too much high not worth what we are paying the food and quantity.
