Very good restaurant with family concept. They have garden with little playground for your kids. The menu has varieties for food and drinks. From western until asia foods. All is amazing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the restaurants that you should visit while you're in Renon, Bali Enjoy Bali Enjoy Indonesia

A pleasant surprise to be honest. A very comfortable fresh of breath air experience. A beautiful open area with polite staff and good food. The steak was very good and perfectly done. Not chewy and tasted great. The Kopi latte was also to my liking. Not too strong and smooth. There a massive yard so feel free to bring the kids and let them play in the playground. There are two areas, indoor and outdoor. The atmosphere in both areas was good and calm. Indoor space is suitable for work from cafe, but not recommended to have an online meeting because there was a loud sound from the coffee machine, but the outdoor area can be an option. The staff was incredibly polite. I love their bright smile to welcome the guest and give the service. The food prices are categorized as low to medium (because cheap and expensive are relative), but the taste was very good. I definitely will come back later. Highly recommended for those who want to work from a cafe or just chill with their friends.

Very unprofessional, because the poor communication from their side I was put in a very awkward uncomfortable situation. I was living at the Airbnb in the restaurant, I asked the host if I can order some package to here, and because I don't have an Indonesia phone number is there a phone number that I can use, and he told me to ask restaurant manager because of the different management Since I didn't know who the restaurant manager was or how to contact them, and I got the feeling that he didn't really want to help or answer my question, so I just went downstairs and asked the restaurant staff I very specifically asked, "Is the manager here? I'm trying to order a package from Shopee to here, is that okay? Also, I don't have an Indonesian phone number, so I was wondering if I could use this restaurant's phone number for the delivery address." A male staff member told me, "Oh, yes, yes, yes, it's okay," but it looks like he said that without actually confirming with the manager. then few days later the Airbnb host and restaurant owner both show up at the door angry, making me delete the address on my phone in front of them, I try to explain them what happened but the Airbnb host seems to be very angry, unwilling to listen to what I have to say or maybe because he thinks I'm lying I honestly don't understand why they have to handle things this way. if I were really going to use someone else's phone without permission, I won't have bothered asking him in the first place. and the restaurant staff might not know whose package it is and could refuse to accept it, which could result in it being lost, so there's no way I would do that. I have previously stayed in other places, and I always asked. They were all fine with it. There was never a problem. and now he is acting as if I never asked about it. Leave a negative review on me, saying I'm using someone else's phone to shop online without permission... In the review, he also complained that there are many plastic bottles but they only refill water dispenser once every week even though it's shared with other guests and which is expect to be run out quickly, so I had no choice but to go out and buy bottled water, or what else I can do? the tap water is not drinkable here I have never seen anyone manage things this way in other Airbnbs I've stayed in. The management here is messy. They made my rest of the stay very uncomfortable

We came to Casa Eatery quite often, 2 time a week due to my kids' extracurricular activities. But today we saw a small puppy inside the restaurant. I mean we are ok with it. But I saw a young lady carried it walked from the cashier to the backside of the kitchen. And I asked the staff, apparently she was the owner of the restaurant. We decided never to come back anymore. Sorry! Dogs don't belong in the KITCHEN. How they got hygienic certification???? Maybe never.
