Pistachio Restaurant Ubud

That's was a best dine in for lunch in ubud when we was visiting there just a bit visitors. We had fettucine carbonara and pork ribs were quenching. They had served my carbonara that was looks dried and sticky then I wasn't expecting but that taste a great for me... savory salty and creamy, plus i ordered peanut butter frappe that's a perfect combination, in other side my friend had pork ribs was looks appealing and we weren't expecting it was tender sweet a bit juicy and smokey. All of them I gave 9 out of 10. They have a few nice waitress they're serving us.

We can't fault any of the meals we ate at Pistachio Restaurant during our stay at Adiwana Bisma! Everything was fresh, tasty and delivered with excellent service and plenty of warm Balinese smiles. We also appreciated that they could cater to our gluten-free (coeliac) dietary requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even afternoon tea! We loved how the restaurant has different themed nights to keep it interesting. We were there for their Grilled Night and had some delicious cuts of meat - favourites were the melt-in-your-mouth pork ribs and the succulent tenderloin steak. Also fantastic live music that's not too intrusive and delicious cocktails! A special mention to Dwik, April, Ari, Aldi & Kadek who made sure we were always well looked after. Next time we're in Ubud we will certainly make sure to pay another visit!

The food is high quality, with plenty of healthy options like fresh, vibrant salads. Breakfast is a highlight: wide variety, generous portions, and something for everyone. The coconut cappuccino was excellent! The view over the rice fields is simply beautiful and peaceful. Service is also top-notch - special shoutout to Yulia and Joni for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxed spot with great food, amazing coffee, and serene surroundings!

Great dining place with a chillax setting. Staffs are polite and friendly towards children guests too. The menu (western and local cuisines) can be adjusted slightly to accommodate different level of spiciness acceptance ( for kids). We loved the grilled barramundi with rice! This restaurant stood out among the whole stretch of restaurants along the road, and we are glad we did dine in here.

The venue has a nice atmosphere and the staff is helpful. I tried black coffee and latte, and both were good! And so was the juice, of which there was a nice variety. I definitely recommend one of the local dishes, but the western-style menu is also delicious! We mostly had breakfast at Pistachio's because we stayed at the connected Adiwana Bisma hotel, but we also had dinner a few times as well as tea time. The food was quite nice and the staff, Desak, Ayu, and Yulia (but all the staff really!), was kind, attentive and always smiling. The hotel front staff also went above and beyond to accommodate us!!! Big thanks to Oka for the evening room cleaning! He always brought us exactly what we needed :)

The meal was as good as I expected! The menu was diverse and the service was friendly. Especially, the serving of the ayu was nice and I would like to visit again!

I have a perfect breakfast! DESAK & WIAPIA are very kind servers. They give me a nice experience in Bali. I want to go again.

Great restaurant and great service with really friendly staff. Good vegetarian selection too and many of the dishes can also be made in veggie versions if you ask. Our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Loved the music too!
