Ramu Kitchen

Went there for our anniversary dinner, and was looking forward to try the duck and steak but unfortunately, 4 dishes in their mains weren't available. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our starters-- ramu salmon and squid udon. The ambiance is good for a date night. Also enjoyed the live music where guests can sing-along in the mini stage. Relatively cheap for a fine dining resto (at least compared to the ones in Manila).

Kicked off our first night in Bali with an amazing dinner. The ambience was incredible, made even better by a live jazz band playing while we were there. The service was flawless too -- truly top-notch. Highly recommend trying their aged duck ssam and tacos! Kak Eka took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful night, making the whole dining experience even more memorable. Would absolutely love to come back for another chill, relaxing dinner.

An unforgettable dining experience--pleasant, delightful, and simply amazing. The food is brilliant, paying homage to Asian classics while incorporating local ingredients and creative twists from the chef and team. Every dish deserves its own review, but rather than spoil the surprise, I'd say: just go and experience it yourself if you're on the island. Juni, who served us that night, was wonderful--genuine, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her insights into the ingredients and dishes made for an even more enjoyable meal. I'll be following this restaurant and the chef, eagerly awaiting their future projects around the world. Many thanks for an exceptional dinner! P.S. If the Michelin Guide ever comes to Indonesia, this place is more than worthy of Bib Gourmand recognition. P.S.2 Cutting of onions, garlic, pineapple and other stuff too rough, unpleasant and inconsistent look. But probably that is a goal.

We came here for 2 nights as we stayed in the hotel. There was a bossa nova jazz band on the second night - it was so good! Food wise, the spiced chicken, in our opinion, lacked the flavour we expected. The aged duck could pack a bit more flavour too but the dips made up for it. The duck confit with thai red curry was the best dish we had here. Portion was small so definitely had to order rice. The waitress Padmi was warm and friendly. One of the other waitresses remembered us too - that was sweet and personable :) Atmosphere was lovely, just a bit dark - can't really see what I was eating haha.

All the food at Ramu Kitchen is delicious, and the ambiance is great. They also have live music on Sundays, which adds to the experience. The salmon we ordered was very fresh and perfectly cooked. The service is extremely friendly--we were served by Padmi, who was very kind and attentive. We're very happy to have tried this restaurant, which is located inside a hotel designed by a famous architect. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely incredible ! My waitress Meidy was the sweetest and best waitress, she made my experience as a solo diner, so extremely special. I look forward to coming back next time !

This is by far one of the best fine dining that I've ever had. The place is located in an exclusive hotel, is cozy, good-looking, and has the right ambiance. The people were very friendly, and talkative (in a good way). Food here was a whole experience and I cannot recommend it more. Worth every penny. The 14-days aged duck was unique and SO tasty! The tequila-based cocktail was also incredible! Come visit this place.

One of the best restaurants in Ubud! The interior is beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious--the duck and lobster were unbelievably good. Highly recommended!
