Asri Dining by Samanvaya

Amazing restaurant! The food here was absolutely incredible and we loved being able to eat there a few times as we stayed at the Samanvaya hotel. All the staff were super kind and the environment was great. I was skeptical of the menu being so broad and diverse.. typically restaurants trade off quantity of options for quality.. not here! I was amazed at how delicious each dish was! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious food!! I throughly enjoyed everything I tried from here. The breakfast is massive and comes with coffee, juice, and water, fresh fruit platter and break basket - in addition to your meal. I loved the nasi goreng and the tofu scramble. For lunch/dinner - the Pepes ikan is phenomenal. Also loved the Asian chopped salad - it was huge! We ordered the cheese + meet board to our room and it was perfect to snack on while swimming in the pool. Also the rice field view is incredible!! Love this place.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The food is simply amazing - I've visited multiple times during my stay and only wish I could stay longer to try the entire menu. Every dish I've had has been incredible, with the Nasi Campur, Gambas Pil Pil, Balinese Curry, and Sticky Date Pudding being particular standouts. Beyond the food, the setting is a lush little oasis. The gardens create a peaceful retreat where I've happily spent hours enjoying a meal and writing. The carefully selected music adds to the already relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. And just when you think it can't get any better, the staff take the experience to another level. Their warmth and hospitality make dining here feel like more than just a meal - it's an experience. They greet you with the signature vibrant Balinese smiles, check in throughout your visit, and are always open for a friendly conversation. Ritih, in particular, was so sweet - she even invited me to visit her village temple, an offer I'm truly excited to accept. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. Just a heads-up - evening bookings are essential since it's attached to a ritzy hotel, and guests get priority on tables. I genuinely cannot fault this place. Five stars all the way!

Asri Restaurant at Samanvaya is truly a standout dining experience. Nestled among vibrant greenery and adorned with natural wood accents and tasteful decor, the space exudes a calm, welcoming charm. Soft, well-curated background music enhances the tranquil, boutique-like ambiance. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning during our stay, and the variety and quality of the menu really impressed us. My go-to was the omelette with crispy bacon and a glass of fresh juice -- the juice was especially delicious and refreshing. I also ordered the honey-glazed salmon with coconut rice, which was full of flavor and beautifully balanced. The fish tacos were hearty and satisfying, and the Moroccan salad was fresh and flavorful. The service was consistently warm and attentive, making each visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Normally I like to try different spots to dine at while staying at resorts, but Asri was so good that we ended up dining in for every meal -- and I'd happily do it again.

Food was great and the service was very attentive. The environment is absolutely stunning and feels special and surreal. We loved the beef rendeng and tuna tartare! The passionfruit mango cheesecake was also fantastic. Our server Ratih was amazing and showed us three different kinds of sambal! She gave us fantastic recommendations and really made our night special! We were here celebrating our anniversary and they made us a cute little plate and gave us some complimentary ice cream! After a week of eating out this has definitely been our best experience! Thank you so much! Come here!

My partner and I had a lovely evening here, there's a very calm atmosphere and ambience. Juwan was looking after us for the evening and offered us amazing service, he was very patient and helpful with any requests or recommendations we needed :) We enjoyed the variety of food on the menu, it allowed us to mix things up during our 3 weeks stay in Bali. Of course, we are embracing the Indonesian food for the majority however it was nice to have the option of something slightly different! It is so lovely here that we also returned for breakfast the next morning, often visiting their cafe (citrus & vine) next door too. Will miss this little gem of bliss until we next return to Sidemen

We enjoyed the wonderful, inviting ambience in beautiful surroundings and views. The staff were welcoming and the 2 ladies serving us were warm and friendly. Dishes were nicely presented and tasty. Overall, a highly recommended place to try if you're in the area and not staying at the hotel itself.

A really tasty meal in a lovely restaurant with excellent service! Some of the other restaurants attached to resorts in the area are trying too hard to cater to tourists and ending up with bland food, but that is definitely not the case with Asri! Our lovely waitress Ati (I hope that's correct!) was very helpful and attentive and we would definitely come back next time we're in Sidemen. Can recommend the meatball coconut curry, tuna tartare, lamb shank and the paloma and golden mule cocktails!
