Nice decorative features with clean furnitures, they have potential to impress their customers. Lets talk about their menu card which was quite basic to attract local customers..... They need to improve on their cooking skills. We took a offer plater which was not so tasty but so so.....on that platter they have Fried Rice, Chicken Curry & mixed plain vegetables. Its quite obvious to first attempt in taste, the main thing catches my attention was that use plain flour instead of cornflour to increase the thickness and maintaining the consistency of vegetables. Which was a disaster for me and that chicken item's gravy was way too much compare to their chicken.......chicken was a bit over boiled or cooked. And the Fried rice is too plain to describe its more like boiled rice with grease some oil Anyway lets talk about their atmosphere....it was quite cozy at first then suddenly it becomes overcrowded because of the offer probably but the childrens' were mannerless but what they should do to understand the situation and asked them to maintain their children to keep quite or at least asked them to coporate with other customers. But they totally ignore the situation and busy with their food making process.

Look and feel of place is nice but service needs to be upgraded or else food is average nothing special.

Regarding the atmosphere, it began pleasantly cozy but turned slightly overcrowded due to ongoing offers. Despite some unruly children, the staff's intervention to manage the situation could have been better. On a brighter note, the Thai Soup was a pleasant surprise, offering an enjoyable taste. However, there's still room for elevating the overall quality. Although the ambiance had its appeal, the service fell short of expectations. Awarding Master Cafe & Restaurant a 4-star rating feels ambiguous to me; perhaps it was the quirky experience or maybe the inexplicable charm, akin to being hypnotized by a cat's presence!

Food quality is good,and great pricing. Takes time a bit more,but other than this really good service

I tried the Thai Soup, and it wasn't bad. Honestly, I quite enjoyed it. But still, they need to improve the quality a bit. The environment was good and appealing to some extent, but their quality of service isn't up to my expectation. To be honest, I'm not sure why I'm giving this place a 4 star. I mean... I don't know.. May be it's the cat that hypnotized me.
