The cozy interior and delicious food create a memorable dining experience. peaceful and beautiful place. Room service is very very slow, and the staff is not very attentive. Some employees are rude.

I recently attended the wedding of a close friend at Rainbow Resort, Saharsa, and overall, it was a great experience. The venue had a beautiful view and was well-arranged for the event. The decorations and overall setup were impressive, creating a pleasant and festive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the variety offered was quite satisfying. However, in terms of service, there was a bit of a lag, especially during dinner when the crowd increased. Crowd management could have been better to ensure a smoother experience for all guests. Despite this, the staff was courteous, and the overall experience was enjoyable. With slight improvements in crowd handling and service speed during peak hours, this venue can be even better. Would definitely recommend it for weddings and events!

Their selection of both veg and non-veg dishes is extensive and, more importantly, incredibly flavorful. And then there are the sweets and desserts. there's something to satisfy every sweet tooth. We couldn't resist trying their desserts which were absolutely divine and the perfect way to end our meal. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of the place is its incredibly pocket-friendly price range. Despite the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the lovely ambiance, the prices are remarkably reasonable. This makes it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends, a family outing, or even a solo treat without breaking the bank. The service was also commendable. The staff were attentive and friendly, efficient and helpful. In conclusion, they offer a fantastic combination of delicious and diverse food options (both veg and non-veg), a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, mouthwatering sweets, and all at a price that won't empty your wallet. I wholeheartedly recommend that you make your visit at least once. You won't be disappointed! It's a true gem in Saharsa that deserves to be experienced.

You can also different kind of meals in Rainbow Restaurant, all staff of restaurant are very humble. Food quality is superb in very affordable rate. From staff to management everyone's behaviour towards customer is very good. Highly recommended, service is great. For Meals and small party you can visit restaurant. It's nice place but all the marriage arrangements are in open space and during the cold, it is not very pleasant to stay outside full night. Better, if sitting area is properly covered

I was there for a video shoot, and I literally like the location but staffs are having so much fun infact you can't judge the staffs by there dressing sense one of the staff look like "chapri" by his dressing sense , whatever the place is so cool you must visit it.
