Reception is slow and chaotic. Room and washroom both are big and clean. Had to ask for installing phone in my room as it was missing. Took 2 hours to tell me wifi password. Food is good. It needs improvement or increase in staff to manage the hotel.
Great experience with staffs and specialy kalyan sir. He was so polite with us . He is such an gentleman. Specifically because of his behaviour we will love to come again here... and foods were also so delicious..

Service- Service is comparable to 5 star Room- Great quality rooms, bathroom is properly sanitized, clean and of adequate size Restaurant- Had garlic naan and paneer in the dinner, it was great. Ambience is also good
The best thing is The Gm of hotel kalyan sir is the best person of the hotel who provides each and every things to us...our menu was also decided by him and he gave us fabulous taste we are soo happy to be here!
