Very very poor service. Staff is not well behaved. Unable to provide clean drinking water, staff force to buy Bislery or otherwise they will provide basin water to drink after having meal. Delay in order delivery and cancel the order after waiting for more than 40 mins. Poor place to go for food in Dongergarh Tourist Place... I am not going to come this place for next time and also tell about this to my friends and colleagues. Very disappointed

Worst ever food and very egoist behaviour very rude tone talking to customer.Ordered cake with extra cream but only bread is there 2000rs cake only bread and complained owner doesn't accept his mistake and arguing unneccessary.

Worst behaviour of restaurant owner .and conditions applied that is if birthday & anniversary party then booked cake from here & not to be allowed cake from outside bakers.then also cake quality is very very bad & service is also very slow with food quality is not good. And your booking of full member and if any member means baby child not eaten food.then not to be pack of food for baby child .owner says packing food is to be extra paid money. Behaviour is very bad of all staff and service is worst

Very bad food quality and bad sweets

Food is ok. Service is damn slow. A/c don't work, there's no water in the wash basin. No computerised bills. All manual. Service is very slow. But atleast a aur conditioned restaurant in Dongargarh.

Worst service ever experienced. The food I ordered was stale and tasted bad. Unnecessarily expensive and it smelled like burning inside the restaurant.
