Hotel Avinash International

I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this recent visit was extremely disappointing. While the waiters were respectful in their attitude, they were completely inactive and inattentive. I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes just for someone to come take my order, which is absolutely unacceptable. Despite being polite, the service was painfully slow and disorganized. One of the food items we ordered mysteriously never arrived, and it felt like it was either forgotten or possibly given away to someone else. As someone who has supported this place for long time, I expected a much better experience. The overall service was pathetic, and the lack of urgency or attention really ruined the visit. And if that wasn't enough, the last nail in the coffin was still left. One of my friends, who recently had a root canal, ended up finding a hard stone in her food that ended up damaging her tooth even further. When we brought this serious issue to the attention of the staff, they blatantly refused to accept that a stone could be present in their food. What a great service indeed--no responsibility, no concern for the customer's health, just pure denial. It's shocking and disgraceful that such negligence is being brushed off so casually.

We stayed here three nights during our ,,tribal tour" through Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The standard of the room is very high and the breakfast very tasty. In the roof top restaurant we enjoyed fried kebab and fish. I would recommend though to thoroughly clean the open space there as it smells a bit of bats or birds. Also I would appreciate the hotel to be politically neutral during election time and not fly a BJP-ballon over the roof.

Chef pradeep ji so nice and humble. He always arrange us International cuisines. Thai curry is as always so delicious, He always ready to serve. It's my fourth visit and my cause to stay at hotel only and only good food and Pradeep's hospitality at food court. Wishes

** An Exceptional Stay at A True Gem! ** **Rooms & Amenities:** Our room was a haven of modern elegance - spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, a sleek bathroom, and stunning views of "the skyline," "the pool," or "the lush garden. Little touches like high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel's amenities were top-notch: we loved unwinding at the [spa/pool/fitness center] and enjoyed "the rooftop bar at sunset" or "the cozy library lounge"].

Worst stay i have ever had in a hotel. Rooms are not according to the price charged. Even fixed showers are not there. Pool and Gym were closed, ACs were not working properly and most important thing: Food. Worst restaurant, where Chef refuses to cook and provide Jain or any other food though promised at the time of booking. Especially Chef Mr. Karandeep, who simply refused to even talk to when called by the hotel Manager. Non of the Chef are qualified there, they are just random cooks picked from some road side Dhaba. So, beware if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

Very good hospitality. Was a wonderful experience staying at your hotel. Miss Heena took very good care of us. She even arranged for medication of my daughter. May God bless her. My first time visiting Jagdalpur City and also my first time in Chhattisgarh. Since it was a group tour the hotel is a surprise A look from outside will make you wonder how the hospitality will be but to my astonishment the hotel was a perfect 5. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was sanitised , and the in room dining service was top notch, I loved my pasta . We dined at all 3 restaurant and all were perfect. Breakfast was simple with many options to decide. Will surely stay again on my next visit.

Great food! Best in Bastar. Had a lovely service from Mr. Sumanta from the hotel . Very helpful and supportive staff. Love the experience!!!
